This week on Three Cups and a Dash of Spirituality, Carissa and I are sharing stories from our trip to Seattle, a city that reminded us just how quickly energy can shift from one space to the next. We'll talk about the synchronicities that followed us, the spirits that crossed our paths, and the lessons that reminded us that sometimes the journey isn't about where you go. It's all about the energy that meets you there. Start the music. Hi everyone, and welcome to Three Cups in a Dash of Spirituality. I am Michelle and I am here with Stacey. Hello, everybody. And Carissa. How are you? I'm doing good. How are y'all? Are you literally doing good?

SPEAKER_02

I'm literally, literally. So I have a teenage daughter, and she says literally a lot. And so I say literally now a lot. And it's it's too hard to get out of my vocabulary.

SPEAKER_00

Now my husband and I say literally all the time. And we try to say it like Chris, like a literally. And that's because literally. Our little joke. Um so it's so fun. You just live on in many places.

SPEAKER_02

I love it. I love it. I try to stop and it's just it's just forget it. And I use like more. I use the word like more in my sentences too, because of it.

SPEAKER_01

That's very common. I mean, here the is wicked. That's wicked awesome. That's wicked cool. That's wicked blah, blah, blah. Like I had to shift out of using that so much because that was when I was younger. That was the word. So you're you're literally using that one. And I used wicked for everything.

SPEAKER_00

So I should have introduced the show. Hey everyone, I'm Michelle, and I'm here with my co-host, Wicked and Literally.

SPEAKER_01

That would have been perfect. But I I know I'm actually kind of excited to talk, actually jump into this episode. So that's what's happening literally right now. Because y'all just went on a trip and I want to hear about it. Yay! So where did you guys go?

SPEAKER_02

We went to Seattle. We did a lot of fun stuff. Now I see why I was pulled there. Okay. Because a uh sweet young female spirit needed help for us crossing her over. And we did a lot of other fun stuff.

SPEAKER_00

I'm glad that Carissa, you're saying that, that you found the purpose and the reason for going to Seattle. Because when you first suggested it, I'm like, okay, I can go to Seattle, but I didn't feel from the universe any pressure in going there or any reason. Like, why are we going there? What are we going to learn? So I could just kind of let it go and let it unfold, which doesn't happen a lot in my world. And as soon as I did that, things started opening up. I mean, I got so many synchronicities on the way to the trip, like three tiebacks to past trips. The first one was not very fun, Stacy. I will share that when we went to the Sally House and when I went to the Velisca Axe House, it's the only time I've ever had like warning signs on cars go off. The first one at the Sally House was a warning sign about a seatbelt not being buckled. And so it was just constantly ding, ding, ding, ding, ding. The second one, two happened at the Velisca house. The first one was my GPS was going crazy on the way to the airport. And it's a route I go all the time. And it's like, turn here, stop, go this way. So it was trying to divert me. But then when I got to the Velisca house, we picked up our rental car and I got a ding ding ding ding ding about it being a low tire. So we were able to go back because we weren't too far away and change out cars. However, on this trip, I drove from Arizona into Las Vegas. That's where I fly out of. I'm on a deserted desert road by myself for two hours. And as soon as I get into Vegas, so I'm at least in the city, I got the ding ding ding ding on my car again, and my tire just about instantly went flat. So kind of the same thing that's happened on the other trips, but this time it actually went flat. I asked my guides, my angels for assistance. And remember, they're gonna come when you ask them for assistance. They got me to a safe place, like a community center where people are coming in and out of to get it fixed. And it all worked out. But I just found it so interesting that the only time I hear carbs and whistles going off are when I'm going on one of these trips. Interesting. So that was a first synchronicity, and then two more real quick. And then Carissa had a huge synchronicity. And for some reason, they brought in this true crime story that I seem to be connected to. And I haven't heard it since Chris and I randomly. I haven't heard it randomly since Chris and I were in New Orleans together. So that was a weird one. And then one had to do with like a wordle game and the fact that I had a situation in the airport going to the Belisca house where I'm playing Wordle and the word was Quake. And I was about to fill it in and I heard someone whisper it in my ear. So I turned around to laugh because I thought it was a person in line behind me, but it wasn't. And on the morning that we left for Seattle, the word that I got on Quirtle was Quake. So those little synchronicities all tying back, that felt very much you're on track.

SPEAKER_01

That's amazing. I'm sorry.

SPEAKER_00

That just took like a half an hour to explain.

SPEAKER_01

No. That's so cool. I really think it's so like I love hearing about the synchronicities as we step into different trips because it it just lets you know, like, yep, right direction, yep, right direction. Little nods. Like I think it's so cool to get those little nods on on your way to doing something, particularly because it's just like, you know, even if you don't get a lot out of it, you're you're in the right place at the right time, you know, in in your on your path, which is just, I think personally, I think it's really cool. You said Carissa had one too, though. I she did.

SPEAKER_02

I forgot. This is I'm so glad that we do this podcast because it becomes our journal. Literally forget, we really did forget. If you had listened to the Sally House, there was a man that it came up to me in the Sally in the Sally House spirit. And with all the information he gave me, Michelle was able to put it together. And he was connected to Capone.

SPEAKER_00

He was okay, so when we went into the Sally House, the character that Carissa ran into, his name was Perry Smith, and he was one of convicted. He was convicted murderers of the story that Truman Capote wrote about in cold blood. Uh, he had four victims, they were a family, and yeah, gross.

SPEAKER_02

Okay, so I'm on the plane. I didn't know anything about this guy, I've never heard about him. I didn't even really know about Capone. I didn't know about Capone, honestly. I've never heard of the guy until Michelle brought him up. So on the plane to Seattle, the movie that you could watch was a movie about Capone and this guy, Perry. Yeah. Anyhow, if you we'll fast forward, but going back to the Perry, now I understand while Perry came up to me in the house. He said, he walked up to me and he goes, Hey, you and me are alike. And I was like, No, we aren't, dude. And watch he he loved to read, he was into poetry. He I'm like, he was very quiet. I I come across not quiet, but I really am. You know, I have this very quiet side. I write poetry, I love to read. I'm constantly wanting to pull back the curtain on everything in life. He was the same way. So now I get what he was saying after watching this film. So that was my synchronicity of like, oh we're we're you're back on, you're going on the right track because this is connecting from another trip.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, that's so, so cool. Literally started the trip off just with this major like message, like on the right path, heading in the right direction. So, so what happened when you got there?

SPEAKER_00

When we got to Seattle, the vibe was really chill and so quiet, right? The whole city. And the energy was calmly electric, if that makes sense. It's like people, they weren't necessarily friendly, but everybody was excited to be there doing what they were doing. And so I don't I don't know how else to explain it, but it was a very good vibe when we got there. This trip really did turn into a healing trip in so many ways, because while we were there to do our adventures, it also was a time to kind of regroup and refocus mentally and, you know, do a little self-care. So it was really wonderful in that way. I will say that the first tour that we had scheduled, they had to cancel, which was a bummer. So it gave us that morning to walk around the market. Pikes, Pikes Market, is that what it's called? Pikes Place Market. I don't know exactly what the name is. And when we were there, we were looking for a psychic that Carissa had found online. And we walked into this herb shop, and there was a psychic astrologer there. So we each booked 15-minute sessions. Now I'm bringing this to light for two reasons. The first reason being because the psychic really did remind us of a mentor or a person we've known in the past, and it was just really weird. It was very uncanny. And the second reason is because it was a reminder that not all psychics speak to you. So be aware of that because when Carissa went in, she had her reading, it was all spot on, and Carissa understood what the lady was saying. And for me, she brought in astrology and I kind of could get some of the verbiage around it, but it didn't hit as well for me. So that was a huge reminder to tell all our listeners that there are psychics out there that may resonate with you more than others. So if you go to a reading and it doesn't feel spot on, it just could be that barrier.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I mean, there is definitely an energetic connection between a reader and the read-e. I don't know if that's an actual word, but you know, I know there there are even when I've done readings over the years, there are people that I connect with a lot easier. And then there are people that I'm I that I don't feel as connected with. And it's not that it's a bad reading or wrong or anything along those lines, but if you're not having that good connect, it's hard to it's it's harder to tap in. You can still do it. You you can still get good information. It's just a little bit more challenging.

SPEAKER_02

Mm-hmm. Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Is there anything else you'd like to add about that reading, Carissa?

SPEAKER_02

You know, one thing I I did learn about astrology with her is that, you know, she said her astrolog astrological mentor told her that all of her squares, when she works on herself, gets easier the second part of her life. And that was reassuring for me because the it and that's true, you know, the more you work on yourself, the easier life can get. And I have five planets in my 12th, and that could be crazy making because you're you're hearing a lot of stuff on the other side of the curtain that you're not aware of. Right. So that if that makes sense. And if you need me to elaborate, I can. And she also said that, you know, because of that, you're here to help to help others see in the dark. And and life gets easier on the second half of life, which, you know, I'm 47. I'm getting, and I feel it. And I agree with her. And that was really, really helpful for me. And it was he, you know, in a way, healing, because it was validating, because that's what I was thinking and feeling too.

SPEAKER_00

And I would definitely use that word for you because you almost felt energized after that reading, just having that confirmation. And the reader was very good.

SPEAKER_01

Like, and I I think I I one of the things that I'm going to throw out there is it sounds like Carissa, your response or your connection with with this reader was exactly what it typically is supposed to be for somebody that's that's having their their information read. Because you should leave sessions more energized. You should feel better. You should feel like, you know, you're in a good place to move forward. But again, that's that's stepping into that like need for that good connection. And sounds like Michelle, you might not have had that equal connection, which I mean that she I I remember she came out and said, You said it, I think you've had the same thing.

SPEAKER_02

It was like you had the words and then it was gone.

SPEAKER_00

That's a great way to explain it. It was like there, and I was trying to explain it, but I couldn't come up with the words to explain it. Really interesting.

SPEAKER_01

So moving on, moving forward in the trip.

SPEAKER_00

Well, moving on, we went and had some cocktails before our next adventure, which was an evening ghost tour. That was fun. Yeah, it was a lot of fun, a lot of history of Seattle, things that I wouldn't have known. One of the things that I found so interesting is he was talking about there being like a chief Seattle, basically, and that's where the city got its name, but the chief wasn't very happy about it because, and please correct me if I'm wrong, in their culture, or back then, whenever you said the name of a person who had dis who had died, you would be like calling the spirit. So the spirit never felt at rest because everyone would be like, Seattle, Seattle, Seattle. I found that very interesting. I wouldn't have known that about the culture or the city.

SPEAKER_02

I didn't either.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. And then we went to this alleyway in which a female doctor used to kind of starve her patience. Do you remember that, Carissa?

SPEAKER_02

Horrible.

SPEAKER_00

It was horrible. And then we went to like a cremation place. And yeah, it I wasn't picking up a whole lot out front of those places. I mean, I was listening to the stories, I found the history fascinating. Uh, one thing I did find really exciting, and this might have been a highlight of the trip, but Chris and I were talking, and someone overheard that we had a podcast, and suddenly we became a big deal. It was so funny. They wanted to take pictures with us before we left the group. And I was just like, well, this is kind of cool. That's awesome.

SPEAKER_01

That is awesome.

SPEAKER_00

No autographs, but you know, a picture. That's good. So if they're listening, a huge shout out to you for like bringing so much joy to my trip. Uh, we did visit a couple other haunted places there to include like the Moore Theater, the Can Can Place, and we'll get to it later, but we went to an Irish pub too that had a haunted history. And then that night, Chris went back, and this would be the second night in a row that she was awakened by this spirit. So, Chris, do you want to speak to that?

SPEAKER_02

Well, I first want to start off with you don't have to stay in a haunted house, I mean a haunted hotel, in order to have someone come through. Because this, I looked it up, this building was relatively new. I mean, not new, but you know what I mean. Like it's not a hundred years old or and a woman came through. So the first night I was woken up by my phone alarm going off in my head. And I was like, what, what? And I I was awake, and so I took my earbuds out and I was looking around, nothing. Went back to sleep, started happening again. And I was like, okay, something's trying to get a hold of me, something's trying to get in touch with me. Second night, same thing. And I'm like, okay, listen, please leave me alone. Talk to talk to me in the morning. And then Michelle and I went and tried to connect with this person the following night, and we got nothing. And then so I told Michelle, all right, well, this person's gonna wake you up and not me, because I really need to sleep. Like, I seriously need to sleep.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, but I need to pause you right there because just real quick, I want to add something that happened during the day. You and I had gone to get some liquid IVs for hydration and everything on the trip, and you had told me about this young lady who was waking you up. And from the description, it was she was very meek, very polite, very afraid to disturb you. But she'd done it for two nights. So we were sitting there and I'm like, I'm getting some feelings about it. We went and got our liquid IV. We were walking out, and I looked at Chris. I said, Does her name Isabella?

SPEAKER_02

And Stacey, you know, when someone says something and it comes through, you have you noticed how their eyes change and the glaze? Yeah, that's what happened with Michelle. And I and I I entered a translate state for about 30 seconds when she said it. And then she started talking about something else, and I came out, and then you know, I but it's like I was oh, something just came through, Michelle.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, back to that night. Oh, go ahead. Highlight one thing that that I'm loving right now is Chris is like, I'm done being woken up. Go wake up, Michelle. Like I did.

SPEAKER_02

I Michelle Michelle had Michelle's turn. Michelle had her angels on her nightstand. I'm like, uh, they ain't gonna protect you tonight.

SPEAKER_00

I know Carissa's like, you want this. You keep asking to see this and experience this. And I'm like, okay, like if she wants to come, she can try to wake me up, but it doesn't mean I'm gonna wake up. So that's how we left it that night. We had tried to contact her before going to bed to see if she needed help, to see what she needed. She didn't respond. Chris is like, she can come to your room. I drew an angel card, and interestingly, or as it was supposed to be, Archangel Michael was who came out. So I slept with him next to the bed. And then at like three in the morning, I woke up, or 3:30. Actually, I woke up and I'm like, uh, well, nothing is waking me up. And I reached over and looked at my phone, and I don't always do that because that wakes you up more. And on it, I had a spam text message from Isabella. Interesting.

SPEAKER_02

Isn't that wild?

SPEAKER_00

Isn't that just crazy?

SPEAKER_02

So then me at the same time, there goes the alarm, and I go, damn it. I took off, you know, come on, please leave me alone. I'm gonna go to sleep. You're what do you're just waking me up? And then I hear, hello, very gentle, off in the distance, not wanting to come in. She's very polite, like she's keeping her boundaries. Hello, super sweet. And I said, Oh, okay. And then I said, Spirit guides, please help me cross her over. And as she's walking through, she's waving and just smiling, thank you, and walking, and you know, like gliding through really sweet. And and I was like, That's it. Like, we didn't get anything on our equipment, yeah, you know, nothing for the podcast, so people could hear or see. And then the next morning, Michelle goes, look at my phone. And thank you to whoever, Isabella, for waking Michelle up, and not just me, at least.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, and you know, that was really reinforcing, I think, to both Chris and I too. I shouldn't speak for you, Carissa, but the fact that a while back we had a conversation about just because a spirit comes to you, it doesn't mean it's our job to cross them over. Like who gives us permission to do that? So Carissa, she just said, I think this feels right. I'll open the door if she wants to go through it. She can. And she did want to go through it. That is what she was wanting to do. So I thought that was really kind of special, also.

SPEAKER_01

That is really, really neat.

SPEAKER_02

It was sweet. And now I get why I was called to Seattle. I do, I get it.

SPEAKER_00

And then Carissa had me face one of my major dislikes in life. She decided that we should go into an antique store.

SPEAKER_02

Oh, that was interesting.

SPEAKER_00

Now, I do not like antique stores ever. They're not my cup of tea. I walk in, I'm overwhelmed by the smell of it, the feel of it, and I I just can't wait to get out. But this time we did something a little different. We walked into the antique store with an EMF reader. Okay. Yeah, we walked in and we found certain items where there was nothing, no activity, and a lot of items. We found quite a few that had it was going off the charts. How if you could go past red, it was.

SPEAKER_02

But it was yeah, and and we were and we were asking each other, is this near a gas line? Is it near this? Because you know, we want to make sure, is there wires? We want to make sure, no. In the middle, no, nothing. And then items right next to it, nothing. So I under I still like antiques, but I do understand Michelle's hesitation because now I have proof. And I I like the scientific proof, yeah. But now I have proof.

SPEAKER_00

I'm like, Michelle, do you want to take that doll home? I'm like, absolutely not. No. Well, how about this mirror?

SPEAKER_02

No, there's nothing I would take home.

SPEAKER_01

I love antique stores, and you can really get some cool things there. I'm always super, super careful with what I bring home. Like I'll pick something up and I'll hold it for a second and I'll go, nope, this is not I just don't understand.

SPEAKER_02

Like I, you know, I underst it I don't understand because I wasn't picking up any stuck spirit or a spirit wanting to stay there. I mean, we can throw out theories, but I don't know.

SPEAKER_01

I think for me, a lot of the antique like pause comes from what it was used for in someone else's life. Like I look at rocking chairs and toys, for example, and the connection that people have with them and how it may not necessarily be that it's a haunted or a trapped spirit in it, but it has that sense of purpose for somebody else's life. And when you step into somebody else's sense of purpose, you can get those essence of that left over. Good or bad. I'm now I'm trying to shift into yes, is the answer to that question. Good or bad. I mean, it it it's all dependent on on the connection and what it was used for. You know, I mean, we've had enough conversations around like serial killers and stuff like that to know that just because it it was like it wasn't used by them directly, but it could still be connected to that energy. It's it's all about the energy that it comes in contact with and and what it does, right? Does that make sense?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, and it yeah, it's still like interesting that only several items in that store went off red, totally different locations, but the and then the mass majority was green, and like a little, little little after.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, it's it's all dependent on what they were used for and the connection. And I felt like such a rule breaker too, because here we have this EMF in there and we're walking around. We didn't ask permission, maybe we should have. And I'm like taking video, but I feel like I have to be strategic about it. But I don't think that they care because I mean, again, it's publicity for them too. And we we have put together a fun little video that we will put out on social media of the experience. We're just still working on it.

SPEAKER_01

I can't wait to see it.

SPEAKER_00

Before I get too far off, because we're getting close to the end of the trip, I do want to talk about the Hotel Sorrento in Seattle. And Stacy, it was the weirdest experience. So we went there and went through the front door, and the bar is not open, or where they have their fireside like bar inside was not open. But it was raining outside. So we were like, take a load off our feet for a few minutes, regroup, and then we'll walk back. And in there, we didn't really feel anything. Our EMF meter went off a little, but we could debunk it with the fireplace and a couple of things in there.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

And then this waiter came up and he's like getting ready to open up the place, and he's putting, I think, flowers in the centerpiece. And he was like grumpy. And we asked him, Have you ever had any spiritual things happen here? It's said to be haunted. He's like, No, never. And he like shut down the conversation. He was gonna have none of it.

SPEAKER_02

We're like, okay, well, he was he was he he was coming across as it this is silly, and he didn't know anyone and had it, and no, and he's been there late and nothing.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. Yeah, no, so that that was really strange, but now the strange part, the really strange part comes right now, the part that I'm gonna tell you. There's a hallway, and down the hallway there's a couple restrooms, and then it opens up into their main restaurant. And so we are getting ready to exit the building, and we started walking down the hall, and the whole vibe changed. And out of the women's restroom came like the hostess for the restaurant, and she literally is like, follow me. And it was like such a softness, and it was like we were walking into the twilight zone. That was weird, and the room that we were in had been dark. This one had a lot more light, and we asked her the same question. We asked her any stories that you can tell us. And yes, she's like, Yes, people have experiences here all the time. So she was telling a story of one of her co-workers who was a host, I believe. And two people came in, he walked them over, sat them at the table, set their their placings out, got the menus, walked away, and came back and said, Are you ready to order? Or do you want to wait for the gentleman to come back from the bathroom? And she said, I'm here by myself. There's no I'm not here with anybody else.

SPEAKER_02

So he sat two people, but really only one was Yeah, because you know when you're you're if any of the listeners have been a waiter or waitress, you get just rushing in the zone and your movement. Yeah, you just you just do. You just do. And I completely understand how that could happen.

SPEAKER_01

Well, yeah, especially if you're seeing something that's not physically there and you have that, like, even if you can't physically see them, you have that energy. You see them in your mind, the energy, you see them in your mind's eye. Yeah. So you just associate it with another person. So you just go and you you do the things, right? Like that's interesting.

SPEAKER_02

And it was interesting how she said, follow me, because we could easily just be walking through the hallway to exit through the door, like not go to the restaurant.

SPEAKER_01

Are you sure she was a real person?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. I've had to think about that a couple of times. It was like a Disney ride where you step into something and they're like, Come on, follow me.

SPEAKER_02

It was really strange.

SPEAKER_00

But that was the energy of Seattle, because as I said, when we arrived, the energy was just one way, but by the second or third day, it picked up a heaviness that I didn't understand.

SPEAKER_01

I'm I'm gonna just take a moment to go back, if that's okay, to the first dude that you saw when you were there that like shut it down. And I think that what is interesting to me is how we do that ourselves, right? Like when we want to experience things, we kind of open up to these experiences, but it sounds like he was not open at all or didn't have any interest in having any experiences. So of course he's not gonna have them. Of course he's not gonna be open for conversation, right?

SPEAKER_02

It's it's like or another theory, he had him when he was young and he scared the shit out of him. So when he got older, he's like, I don't believe into that.

SPEAKER_01

Shut it down. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Sorry. Yeah, it is.

SPEAKER_00

I'm happy we didn't. That's so true. I mean, human nature and how we all respond to things and opening up to see what we want to see. Because how many times have you said, Stacy, I don't want to see anything? And so you're kind of close to the idea of the concept of that. So then the last night we were there, we did another tour. It was a private tour. So it was the guide. And Chris and I, we started, what was the name of that location, Chris? I know it was in Pioneer Square. It was Pioneer Square, um Mercentile Cafe. Mercentile Cafe. We walked in and it was a very slow day there.

SPEAKER_02

A lot of stuff in there.

The bartender was talking. He had stories to share about a coworker coming to the front door and like just red seeping out under the door. And when the coworker came in, like bottles of wine had been thrown on the floor. I mean, like, he just had a whole lot of stories. Um, I think Krissa has put out a video on both TikTok and Instagram on that. And then when our tour guide met us there, again, it's a private tour. He takes us down into the basement of this building, and that was not a good feeling.

SPEAKER_02

Mm-mm. No. It's a no. I didn't like it.

SPEAKER_00

No, you were ready to leave.

SPEAKER_02

You were very ready. And even talking, I'm getting a little nauseous in my stomach. Even talking about it.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. So so we left there and then we did the pioneer square thing. One of the interesting places they took us was to this place where some acrobats had come over many years ago, and one of them actually fell to his untimely death there. In front of the crowd. In front of the crowd. I mean, it's on video and everything. And so there was just a heavier energy there.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, it was, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Then the next day, like we got ready and came home. So I think that probably pretty much sums up our trip. I I think it was really healing. I think it was very confirming that we're on the right path. We were able to help somebody cross over uh while we were there. One of our tour guides, he's actually a demonologist and he was sharing some stories with us. And he sounds like he would be very open to coming and having this conversation.

SPEAKER_02

And he he's he's not, you know, like some dark person, you know, I'm I'm in dark energy. It's I want to look at this through some scientific facts. And so I wouldn't have someone on who loves or obsesses about demons. Absolutely not.

SPEAKER_00

So I I stumble over that word too, because you know, you associate it net automatically with the the negative, but that's not his approach. His approach, as you said, is scientific or learning something or being able to do it.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I mean, I I hope we can get him on. I like Michelle had mentioned this before we step jumped into this recording, and I was like, I'm I'm here for it. That sounds like it could be a really, really interesting episode.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, and I think he really could teach listeners something about how to protect themselves and things like that too. I think he has probably some great techniques that he could share with all of us.

SPEAKER_01

So I'm gonna kind of step back into your trip a little bit more here, because I know we're kind of coming up on the end of our our episode here. So I'm gonna ask you both one question if that's okay. Yes. Michelle, what was your biggest takeaway from this trip to Seattle?

SPEAKER_00

My biggest takeaway from this trip, I feel like I'm Miss America right now. My biggest um, but no, I I think it really was that everything is so connected. Just when you're stepping into a new experience, how it connects with every other lesson you've had really came through strongly to me.

SPEAKER_01

What about you, Carissa? Same question.

SPEAKER_02

To trust where I'm being pulled to, because the second place I'm being pulled to is Portland. And I'm trying to rationalize like, well, one time when I stayed there, I was wait woken up in the middle of the night and by this female spirit, and this that this is a long time ago where I was scared. So am I being pulled back there? But I don't even remember where I stayed. It was an Airbnb. But yeah, I'm being now I'm I'm being pulled there. And it's weird, it's the West, it's the West Coast. Isn't that interesting?

SPEAKER_00

It is, it is very interesting, but we were called somewhere else while we were there. This place kept coming up both in our own personal conversations, and then other people mentioned Salem to us. That came up quite a few times on the trip.

SPEAKER_02

Oh, you're right. I'm familiar with that location.

SPEAKER_00

Yes, we're like, we can go there with Stacy. She can join us on that one when we get to Salem. But that is the one place that kept coming up. Well, thank you, Stacy, for letting us unpack our vacation, our trip. It sounds like it was an amazing trip, and I'm glad you guys had so much fun. Yeah, so much confirmation.
