Hello everyone, & welcome to our podcast Whispers from the Mist: Conversations from the Spiritual Byway!
Sometimes guidance doesn’t arrive as a loud sign or a clear answer. More often, it appears as a quiet nudge, a subtle pull, or a feeling that something deserves your attention. In this episode, Michelle and Stacy have a conversation about intuition, but soon find themselves exploring the many ways inner guidance can appear. From the physical sensations that signal a deeper knowing, to the mysterious ways spirit and intuition can intertwine, they share personal stories about trusting those quiet whispers that lead us in unexpected directions. Along the way, they talk about the different ways intuition communicates, why it can be difficult to trust at first, and how small everyday moments can become powerful invitations to listen more closely. If you’ve ever felt a quiet inner voice guiding you, or wondered how to recognize the difference between imagination and intuition, this conversation offers reassurance, curiosity, and gentle encouragement to follow the nudge and see where it leads.

On this week's episode of Whispers from the Mist, Conversations from the Spiritual Byway, Stacy and I thought we were sitting down to talk about intuition and the quiet nudges that guide us. But, as often happens, the conversation took on a life of its own. We found ourselves exploring spirit communication, inner awareness, and the different ways guidance can show up when we slow down and really listen. So, wherever you are on your path today, we're really glad you're here. And with that, let's take this journey together along the byway.
SPEAKER_02Hello, everybody, and welcome to this week's episode of Whispers from the Mist. I am Stacey, and with me is Michelle.
SPEAKER_01Did you intentionally whisper or did you? I did. I did because I was whispering in the mist. Okay. Well, it is a whisper. I mean, that's what we're talking about.
SPEAKER_02These conversations from the spiritual byway. I was um waiting for you to add on the second part of that because my brain froze when I was trying to do the introduction, anyways. So I just immediate brain freeze.
SPEAKER_01Can we take like five minutes and talk about what this brain freeze and heavy energy is?
SPEAKER_02Oh my gosh. I well, I think you and I just started to to like touch on it before we jumped into recording. But I know one of the things that I had just said is we're moving into the year of the horse, which is Chinese New Year. It's a a shift in in the year with the Chinese New Year. And I was just reading how much impact it can have on energy.
SPEAKER_01Yes, because it's the the fire horse, that fire burning energy. It takes fuel, it takes you being present. And man, this is kicking my butt. I hope this isn't a year-long thing. I hope it's just the introduction.
SPEAKER_02Well, I'm wondering if we just have to get used to the shift in energy, because you know, one of the things that that I read is it can cause burnout from overdrive. Horse ears can feel like go, go, go, or too many opportunities at once, pressure to move quickly. And it's just so much different directions that that we feel overwhelmed. And I think the invitation is to move with intention rather than just run faster. So we can take all of the opportunities, but we can take them one at a time. We don't need to take them 10 at 10 at a time.
SPEAKER_01Yes, intention here is also playing a very important role in stepping into this and doing it with purpose. I love that message. That message just keeps coming through.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. And what's beautiful about this is stepping into things with intention actually walks us directly into our topic today, which is following the spiritual nudges, the nudgings, otherwise known as intuition. So following things or or doing things with intention, it typically is allowing yourself to follow those those nudges, that doing things intuitively without questioning the where they're coming from or the why they're coming through, right?
SPEAKER_01For me, when I think of a nudge or intuition, I think of that calm, internal pull to something that makes absolutely no sense. It's oftentimes subconscious and you just know. And it's usually for the positive, but there are a couple things that could be negative that you're pulled to if it's on your path, if you're supposed to experience it.
SPEAKER_02Well, I I think those nudges can come when you meet new people too. Because I know I have met somebody that I I knew for a couple of years, but there was something about this particular person that just never felt right or good, or just didn't jive well. And, you know, my gut kept telling me to stay away, stay away, stay away. And lo and behold, some things happened with this person, and and there was an assault against a very close friend of mine. And I was like, Yeah, yeah, it sounds about right. They're not a good person.
SPEAKER_01And I love that you're stepping right now into the pull you can feel towards another person, because I swear 20 minutes ago on social media, I was listening to a video on that and how your body just knows and it's pulled to someone for no particular reason. I mean, you're strangers and you've got to figure that out. And I think this article was talking about, or this video was talking about the pool being brave enough to follow that nudge, being brave enough to be the person to put yourself out there and say, hey, I don't know what's going on, but I feel a pool right here and maybe we could explore it. This is crazy. Call me maybe. Well, I remember that about you too. The first time I met you was in one of our practitioner meetings. It was online because we've never met in person. Right. And I don't know. There was just something about your vibe that I was like, we're gonna be friends, and I need to know this person. Right. Well, I mean that's badass. I am not a badass. I am not a badass. And I'm like, you're a strong woman, and I just need to know you. And luckily, you felt the same way about me.
SPEAKER_02Absolutely. And and you know, it's it's kind of cool when when you're looking at being pulled towards people. I because I know I just gave the example of being pushed away from them at the same time. But that's when Steve, when my husband and I met, it was the same thing. It was this immediate, like, hey, I I need to know you. I've never seen you before, but there's something about you that I just need to know.
SPEAKER_01And when I think about my own relationship in those early years, it very much felt like, yes, it felt like the universe was at every point pushing us together rather than pushing us apart. And I know, and I say this all the time, with my spouse, when we're on, we're completely on, we're in sync, we're picking up the phone to call each other at the exact same time. But when we're off, man, that energy is way off.
SPEAKER_02It it can feel like wading through water when when you're off energetically. And it does happen. It happens in every relationship with friendships, with romantic, with, with all kinds of relationships, because it it's your energy can't stay in one direction forever. It it ebbs and flows. And you know, I I will tell you, even when we have our moments where we're off, I constantly am like, what do I need to do to get the energy back? Like, what what can I shift? What can I what can I make happen?
SPEAKER_01And sometimes it is that internal shift or awareness. And sometimes it's just gotta play out. You're in a mood. I swear, my husband, so many days he wakes up and I don't even say anything. And he's like, What's wrong? Why are you upset? And I'm like, Yeah, what's going on? I don't know. I'm having an off day. I can't explain why this is happening to me right now, but I know, and it's just so weird that he knows too. But I guess when you're with someone, you just kind of start to sync up your knowings about the person, past experiences, patterns, cycles, things like that.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, it it's amazing when when you have those small moments of knowing, it really does make you feel heard and seen and understood too at the same time. I I think to like the what we were just talking about a moment ago of getting to know people that perhaps you would not otherwise have introduced yourself to or feeling that draw, right? If if you're feeling that draw to somebody and you don't allow it or you just ignore it, it it you you kind of hurt yourself in the long run. Whereas even though it might feel awkward, if you walk up and you know, say hi, I'm not sure why I need to talk to you, or hi, I'm Stacy. I I just I really there's something about your energy that's driving here and I wanted to meet you. I don't know if I'd ever say that to somebody, but that could be interesting.
SPEAKER_01It could be interesting. But maybe they wouldn't run. Maybe they wouldn't. Maybe we're all stalkerish. I don't know. Yeah, it's very much that spiritual pool. It's also emotional, and you can also feel it in your body many times. You can train your intuition, and that's what I love so much about it. That once you're aware that it's there, and once you start to trust yourself, or as you're starting to trust yourself, there's so many things you can do to tune in to your inner knowings. I know many years ago somebody was talking to me about how better to connect with my guides. And one of the ways they suggested is to go into meditation because usually in a quiet environment, it's much easier to hear yourself. You know, either just know yourself, hear yourself. And she said, if you're trying to get to know your guides better, what you need to do is sit with each of your guides and just ask them to show themselves in their body, like how you're gonna know that they've arrived. Is it gonna be a tingle in the head? Is it gonna be like a sensation on your shoulder? Is it gonna be just like a feeling of fire in your stomach? Like, how are they gonna present themselves to you? Right. So you know that they're there.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, it's it's interesting. I and I love that because it's so true. When you can quiet yourself down enough, you can experience things in different parts of your body. It's like I know for me, one of my biggest connections or or sh knowings that my guide is connected is when I get butterflies in my stomach or like immediate goosebumps. Like I get I get goosebumps when I know something is accurate and I need to pay heed to it. That often happens when I'm with a very good psychic medium, a very good intuitive that might be reading something for me. I get goosebumps all over my entire body and I'm like, yep, Simon's here. Simon's telling me I need to listen to whatever this person is saying or doing, or I'll be in a certain area and I'll get those that that same feeling and I'll know my guide, not only my guide is there, but there's potentially something that I need to pay attention to. It actually happened to me at work like two weeks ago. What happened? I was putting some laundry away in a room that was empty and immediately got that goosebump feeling and knew that I was not alone. There was a spirit in the room with me, and my guide was there too. But I could feel it was a playful spirit, nothing concerning. But I remember my my poor coworker, who knows I'm a psychic medium, came in to the room shortly there after I did, and I looked at her and I said, We're not alone, just just so you know. And she was like, What do you mean? And then it clicked, and I left the room because I had to go gather more more laundry. And she came back and she was like, I felt it. She's like, I I could feel, she's like, I could feel that we weren't like she's like, I've never actually experienced that before. But I paused for just a moment after you told me that we weren't alone. And I knew I knew we weren't alone. You were right. No, she was with me, freaking out, and I was like, Yeah, it's pretty cool. And she was like, it didn't feel bad at all, though. And I was like, no, it's not. Like it's the the spirit that was present, perfectly chill.
SPEAKER_01It's amazing how they can come through to you and how if you're in tune, you will listen to it and acknowledge that nudge because not only will you start to see patterns in how you recognize your intuition, but also how the guys are going to share it with you. I know, and I may have shared this on a previous episode. I apologize if I did, but I was in Japan last year, about this time, and we were touring a castle. We weren't supposed to go to that castle, but plans got changed. We ended up there. It was really kind of neat. I don't know if they called a castle or a temp, whatever it was. You had to take your shoes off. And it was cold there, and you would climb up these ladders, go all the way up, and then come down. So we were walking, we walked out and we were walking alongside the building. And I walked into a space, and all of a sudden, I heard inside my inside voice say, There's a spirit here. I immediately jumped into Michelle. Every time you hear your voice say, There's a spirit here, doesn't mean there's a spirit here. Well, our guide turned and said, I want to take a moment here to pause at this tree because legend has it, there's a spirit here that haunts this area. And it happened no other time while I was there. I was on vacation, but in that moment, I heard it, I questioned myself, and then I got confirmation. And I'm like, okay, they're teaching me just accept how it comes through.
SPEAKER_02Well, and and too, like, you know, it it's really interesting because I I remember last year when you, I think you were planning to take a trip out to New England where I live. And you were like, Stacy, pick a spot. And I I had to laugh because I was like, throw a rock here. You know, it this this area that I live in is so old that it doesn't matter where you go, you'll find or experience something. Even if it's a new building, it doesn't, it doesn't matter because the land itself is haunted. And it it's just it it's so funny because I think what happens is we get so used to both living with spirits that we don't notice them as often. But then when they kind of nudge us a little bit, it's like, oh yeah. Oh yeah, I live in this area. And like I know the building that I work in, the stories have been told that George Washington actually stayed in this building at some point in his travels. So we at work, when things happen that are, you know, not helpful or just glitches in the system or whatever, my coworkers go, Come on, George, come on, just fix it. But it it's turning out to be a very well-traveled spiritual location that's very interesting because it doesn't matter where you go in the building, there are certain hot spots, but it's not bad either. But it just reminds me of that conversation that I had with you where I was like, throw a rock, pick a pick a location, we'll find something.
SPEAKER_01Right. And it's so cool that you were drawn to that location to work, that you applied to this position. And as you said, there's so many haunted areas there, but now you have someone to experience this with every day and have these conversations, and you're teaching them, and they're teaching you, I'm sure.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Yeah, it's very cool. I know I I did share with one of my coworkers that I did uh a clearing, and she was fascinated by it. And I was like, Yeah, this is this is like it's it's so funny to me because it's such a the nudges that we're talking about, they're such a they're ingrained in our lives that that gets the to a point where you get so used to getting the nudges and feeling the nudges that you just kind of move through them and it's acknowledge them or not. And you don't notice a difference until you start talking about them with other people.
SPEAKER_01And then it becomes a big difference. And some people look at you like, oh, tell me more, and other people look at you like You crazy. We almost name this podcast something woo-woo. Yeah. Using that word in there somewhere. Well, with our intuition, I mean, as we're talking about, it can come in in many different ways. We can feel uh a sensation in our body. Um, we can see it visually, we can hear it, we can just know it, and we can sense it. And those are called the Claire's. And I know you are not a big fan of the Claire names, but maybe we can run through the four main ones, but remember they're not limited to just those four. There's many ways a spirit can speak to you, or your intuition can speak to you, because that is what this episode is about, really, is our intuition. But I know we've been talking about spirits too.
SPEAKER_02So I love that you just threw me on the under the bus so politely because I and and I feel like this is where I say the reason that I'm not a fan of utilization of the clairs is because a lot of people box themselves in with them and they say, Well, I'm clairvoyant, and that's all that I can do. Now, Michelle, what is clairvoyant?
SPEAKER_01Clairvoyant is the ability to see images or visualization, anything visual to see what your intuition is trying to tell you. Claire audience. Hearing things, hearing things, and you can hear it outside your body, such as a song that you keep hearing, words popping out of a show, or you can hear it with your inner ear, like maybe laughter at night, or there's sounding like a bunch of people are whispering. And then we have claire sentinence, which is clear feeling.
SPEAKER_02Yes. Okay. I was like, I I'm I'm actually sitting here trying to remember the clairs because I use them so very I know you hate them.
SPEAKER_01Claire sentencent sentence. That one's really hard to say, but that is clear feeling and clair cognizance is clear knowing. And those to me, they blend. They do.
SPEAKER_02And it's it's interesting because when I do readings, I use a lot of I feel statements, which would be in that that clear sentence area. Because I I do feel very much so intuitive. I get the I get the hits in that way, but I feel like it goes right along with the you know, clear knowing.
SPEAKER_01Yes, definitely. Again, they're very hard to tell apart. And when you started talking about the Clares, and the reason that you don't like them is because people feel like they need to box themselves into one. I've experienced that with people I've talked to, but I've also experienced people getting pissed off, not happy with how their intuition shows up for them. I know a lady, she wanted did you say me? Yeah. I'm impatient. You're so funny. I'm I am impatient and I do want the experiences, but I'm at the point now, I've wanted them for so long that I just have to kind of wait for them to show up.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I it's it's I I I understand the frustration that some people go through whenever they want things to show up a certain way because it would be so much easier, right? It would be so much easier to have somebody whispering in your ear telling you exactly what you need to hear, but you don't necessarily learn that way. You won't learn anything from being told the answers. Whereas the people that get that have to work through it sometimes because they might just get a word or they might just get, you know, red car, Tuesday, and and that's it. And they have to they have to figure out what that means. So, like Claire Audience sounds really cool in the fact that we we assume, as, you know, with human nature that we're going to get full sentences or paragraphs of information to give to somebody. Right. Where in reality, what we might actually get is black dress, socks, green.
SPEAKER_01You sound like a spirit box right now. You just see that's yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_02But but that's the reality is is we don't know what that necessarily looks like. So in our brain, we compute it as like we're getting these clear messages in in these ways that will be easy. But in reality, like whenever I talk about, you know, feeling things, it is a full body reaction that happens. When I am, when I'm reading cards, I'm and I say I feel blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. It's because my entire body is experiencing that. And I had to learn how to understand what was happening within my body while reading, while, you know, gathering that information. And would it be easier in my brain to have somebody just look at Ego Stacy, tell them that, you know, their their mother's gonna visit next week and it'll be unexpected and they're gonna be upset about it? Like that would be amazing. But that's just not, that's not how, that's not how guides work. They they want you to work for it.
SPEAKER_01Or our intuition. It's not. And I'm still trying, as I said a little while ago, I am still trying to figure this all out. And I do get a little bit frustrated, but I'm it I'm accepting now, which is different than expecting. I was expecting this to play out like this, but now I'm just accepting that it'll come the way it's supposed to. But there was this lady I met along my journey, and she was pissed that she couldn't see images, even though she was very good at feeling and knowing. For her, that wasn't enough. And so she kind of didn't trust herself or didn't want to recognize that in herself.
SPEAKER_02You know, it's so funny to me because that's actually the one experience that I have no desire to have. I don't want to, I don't want to see things. Don't give me images. I'm good. And I think it goes back to, I think we've talked about this in the past, but for me, the idea of getting an image steps me right into horror movies and into this like new media fear. And I realize and I know innately because of how experienced I am and how long I've been a reader, that my guides aren't going to give me images that are not something that I can handle. But there is still that very much so human fear that that arises when it comes to thinking about like seeing things, experiencing things. Like, I I do. Clearings regularly and I can feel spirits and I know what I'm working with and I know how to how to clear it and I see it in the sense of feel. But I don't want to see it. And it's it's all it's all through this this feel that I get. And it it happens in different parts of my body. But I don't know how I would do if if I was, you know, if I walked into the room and I actually like physically saw something standing there. I I mean there have been a few times where I've been driving late at night and I see a spirit, actually see a spirit like in the middle of the road. And I remember one time I asked my husband, I'm like, Do you see that guy? And he's like, No, what guy? And I'm like, okay, don't worry about it. It's all good. If you don't see him, he's not really, he's he's not alive. And so that's the important thing.
SPEAKER_01I know where spirits are concerned. I have always said I don't want to wake up and have someone standing next to my bed looking down at me. Yeah. That would freak me out. And that is one of my boundaries. It's like if you fade in a little bit, that'll be fine. So I know you're there, but don't just be standing there. And it wouldn't be that I'm afraid of the spirit. It would be more, I'd be afraid it was a human standing over my bed.
SPEAKER_02And this is where you and I are so similar because as as you and I have also like talked about many times, spirits are not allowed in my room at all. The only spirit that can come in my room is my guide. And if he's coming in my room, it is because there's something so important for me to know that he is he is gonna get through a message regardless of whatever. But spirits are not a hundred percent, they're not allowed in in the areas that I sleep in. So I think for me, that actually ruins experiences too, because I know like people like to say haunted hotels and haunted spaces. Nobody that I know likes to do that. I I I don't I don't want spirits in the space that I'm sleeping in because that's that's a safety thing for me. And I know how I wake up and I know that if I were to have or experience a spirit in my room, which I have many years ago, that I I would actually be more angry than open. So I I just no matter where I am, I kind of have, you know, my protection around my sleeping space.
SPEAKER_01Okay. So when you're talking about no spirits in your room, I understand what that means and that's a hard boundary for you. But when they enter your dreams, do you consider that in your room or you don't get visits during your dreams?
SPEAKER_02So the only visits that I've ever gotten during my dreams have been deceased family members. And that to me is guide, it's kind of guide-led because my family members are all, you know, that that have visited me are all crossed over. So they're looking out for my greater good. And I don't really consider that in my bedroom. I consider that more of a message through my guide because I feel like if I am dreaming about them or they are visiting me in that dream space, it's because Simon is allowing it and I trust him.
SPEAKER_01Does that make sense? It does make sense. And I don't have that boundary around my bedroom quite like you do. I guess if it got really active and I started feeling afraid, I might add that boundary. But I do see like these energetic boxes that move around, and sometimes it's like there's a person in the middle of them, and sometimes they start to open up, and sometimes they're in color. I just find it really fascinating. I'm still trying to figure out what that is. Yes. So I don't want to shoo it out of my room because when my mind is quiet and my space is quiet, that's where I see that's when you open up.
SPEAKER_02No, I and and I think the biggest reason that I have such a strong like boundary there is because I I already have insomnia like crazy. And I know you and I have talked about that in in the past. So if I were to allow spiritual activity in my room to take place, I'm I'm gonna end up sleeping less than I already am. And so I have to look out for my health as well as, you know, the well-being of my significant other and even my animals, who, you know, the bedroom is a safe space, and just kind of protect all of us. Because if I want to step into like if I wake up in the middle of the night and my guide's like, you need to pull out your cards, I come to my office and I sit and I will pull out my cards and do a reading. And I've I've done it on a few different occasions where there's something important that I need to know. And I'll, you know, pull out my my cards, do a quick reading for myself, kind of get the information, and then go back to bed. But it's never in in the bedroom.
SPEAKER_01Right. And I'm like, guides, don't make me get out of my bed. Like I don't want to leave my bed at night. I am safe, I'm warm. So just a day.
SPEAKER_02I I I will read occasionally in my bedroom, but that's where I'm just tapping into my guide. You know, like it's not a spiritual connection. It's it's the occasional where he's like, no, you need to get up and you need to go do this. And like I said, it has happened a few times, but I I I'm not afraid to read in in the room because I know I'm connecting into Simon and he is my guide and and he's allowed in there if need be.
SPEAKER_01So he's there for your greatest and highest good. Right. It's part of your soul contract, which in the future we'll have an episode on soul contracts. Well, I kind of think like through our conversation, we moved a little bit more into spirits, so there's just so much to talk about, and they are so deeply intertwined. I did want to share, going back to the Claire's and the facts that the fact that they can box you in. Like I have always been an empath. I have always felt and I have always kind of known what's going on around me, but I thought everybody was like that. I didn't understand that people did not process the world in the same way. And I wish I had known that all those years ago because it was painful at at points. It's always how I've been. I've never known anything different. So then people say it's an empath. I understand it understand that more. And then when you go into intuition, I'm like, oh, well, I've always had that. Like it's nothing special about that. And so maybe that's why I'm so pushed towards wanting that clairvoyance, which I have experienced, and that clair audience, which I do experience quite a bit. Like I hear things that I need to hold on to when I'm listening to a podcast, and they always let me know. It's like something completely random, and then I hear it later completely random. And I know for me, Claire Audience is big.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, no, I I can absolutely see that. And it's it's hard whenever you want more information too, because you want it now. But I can see you actually getting really good at Claire Audience. Yes.
SPEAKER_01I I try to practice it, but you know, it freaks me out a little when I hear voices in the distance, or I think I hear voices in the distance. I can't quite make out. It's jumbled, and I'm like, is that really here? Is that my imagination? Because again, learning to work with your intuition, you're learning to trust yourself. And it's not always easy to do because it's so out there on the byway. It's just I love that you that you weren't taught as a kid necessarily. Some people were. Some people were taught that and it's been supported and part of their growing up, but it wasn't mine.
SPEAKER_02Well, and and I think too, I'm gonna throw out there, it's like in talking about Claire Audience, sometimes it can be it can feel like there's so much information coming through all at the same time that it's almost like you're in a crowded room where everybody's talking at once and you can't make anything out, specifically with Claire Audience.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, definitely. Well, you know, I would like to say to our listeners who are just stepping into trusting their intuition, there are many ways that you can kind of work on tapping into it a little bit easier. I think it's really important, especially in a busy environment, a chaotic world, to find a quiet space where you can sit and just listen. I shared the example earlier of tuning into your physical body, but you can tune into those images, those thoughts, those things that are running through your mind. You can write them down and try and find that pattern that is going to exist. And that's very easy to do. It's not something like, okay, my intuition says this, and I'm gonna be really pissed if it doesn't work out. Just write it down because maybe sometimes it's a miss, but you're gonna start to see these patterns emerge and you'll be like, oh, so when I feel like this or when I see this, this is what happens for me. So I think um it's just really quieting down and finding ways for you to tap into what has always been there, the subconscious.
SPEAKER_02Absolutely, absolutely. And and just, you know, standing back and observing too, I think, just to add on to that, not putting as much pressure on the experiences as I think we we tend to do because we want to perfect things right away. Just standing back and allowing yourself to be the observer of the experiences that you're having sometimes will allow you to open up a lot more quickly as well.
SPEAKER_01Definitely. And then remember your guides are there to help you. They want this relationship with you. So talk to them, ask for guidance, ask for assistance. Also, another really cool way that I found to tap in is find an activity that you love, one that occupies your logical mind and lets that subconscious mind roam. Maybe it's painting a picture and you're so concentrating on the colors that more is going on behind the scenes.
SPEAKER_02Or my infamous way is doing something so monotonous that it just distracts you enough to open up like laundry. I've always used the example of laundry.
SPEAKER_01That's a great example because it is monotonous and it never stops. Yeah. And then also another way to start tapping into your intuition, especially if you're having a hard time trusting yourself, is using divination tools, which is something we talked about in last week's episode. Yes. So we had just finished recording that episode. And again, like where I spend all my extra time searching through social media, something popped up for me. And this person was talking about using your own physical body as a divination tool. And I had never thought about that, but our bodies are always available for us, and I think, or our bodies are always available to us. And I think I hope so. Yeah, I hope so too. What they were saying is stand straight, you know, get into a relaxed state, um, figure out what your yes is. Maybe it's like a slight rock back and forth, and what your no is, maybe it's left and right, and you can use your body just like you would use a pendulum. And I thought that was really cool. I had never thought of that before.
SPEAKER_02That is cool. I do love that.
SPEAKER_01So I think people just need to start having fun with their intuition. Start with those small things. You're going on a road trip, you can go right or you can go left. Trust your intuition and go that way. And just start with the little small things, things that aren't gonna make or break anything. Make or break anything. Yeah. Things that are just gonna have fun with it. Yes. You have to have fun with it. And you have to laugh about it too, because sometimes the things that come through, you're like, I don't even get what this is. I can't even tell somebody this because it's so outlandish. But remember, intuition is not found in logic, it's found in the subconscious. It's true. So here are your listener prompts for this week. How do your nudges speak to you? Where in your life are you being gently guided, even if you don't understand the why yet? And the final one is can you allow yourself to trust the quiet knowing before the proof arrives?
SPEAKER_00Those are deep questions. They are. Those are good ones. With that, do you want to close this episode out? Stay curious. Trust what you notice, and we will meet you along the spiritual byway. Until next time. Bye, everybody. Have you trusted your intuition and tuned into our show? Yeah! Yay! Doctor so.
