Let this be a moment for you where you can simply just be yourself without rushing, without urgency, and without needing to be anywhere else. This is your hair. Let's begin the meditation. Now take a moment to settle into a comfortable position. Let your body find a place of rest. Take a slow, deep breath in and exhale gently. Again, inhale deeply and exhale slowly, allowing your body to soften. Inhale, arriving in this moment, then exhale, letting go of what came before. In this moment, there is nothing that you need to do. There is nowhere that you need to go. Just be present in this breath and in this moment. Now bring awareness to your body. Notice your legs, your hips, your shoulders, your back. Feel the weight of your body being supported. Now imagine gentle roots extending from the soles of your feet deep into the earth below you. These are the roots that anchor you. They connect you to the steadiness, to safety, to presence. To your heart space. Imagine a warm golden light glowing there. That light is soft, it is steady, and it is comforting. With each inhale, the light grows a little brighter, and with each exhale, it spreads a little further. I am grateful for this very breath, and I am grateful for the journey that has brought me here. Let those words settle. Feel the rise and the fall of your chest. When you inhale, bring warmth into your heart. And when you exhale, soften your body. Inhale is openness, and exhale is release. Keep breathing like this slowly and naturally. In this moment, there is nothing to fix. There is nothing to control. It's just about being present and breathing. See them, feel their presence, and whisper thank you. Even if it was a small one, let the memory rise and whisper thank you. Bring gratitude to yourself for your strength, for your growth, for your resilience, and whisper gently, Thank you. See it glowing steadily. Let it fill your chest, your shoulders, your arms, and your whole body. Allow it to fill your room, your home, your neighborhood, your city, your world. Take your time here. Stretch this slowly with your voice. It's reaching exactly who it needs to reach. Softly. Whisper the words. May I carry this gratitude into all that I do. May my presence remind others of what is sacred and good. When you feel ready, begin to return to your space. Gentle awareness is now in your fingers, it's in your toes, it's in the room around you. And when the moment feels right, please open your eyes softly and carry this gratitude with you, quiet, steady, and reality.
