SPEAKER_00

On this week's episode of Three Cups and a Dash of Spirituality, join the girls in part two of Reincarnation. Play the music. Welcome back to another episode of Three Cups in a Dash podcast here. We are on part two of Reincarnation. And I almost just said rejuvenation, which would be great too. I have Michelle with me here. What's up, everyone? And Carissa. Hello, hello. Hello, hello. Yeah, I'm here for rejuvenation, everybody, just in case you wanted to know. Me too. Reincarnation, or as we determined at the last episode, coming back again after dying.

SPEAKER_02

And do you remember where we left off? No. We kind of wrapped it up. We had started talking about reincarnation and the fact that sometimes in younger kids between the ages of two and four, they start talking about these memories that they can be completely detailed or I don't even know what I'm trying to say, but they they're holding on to memories that a child of two should not have. And sometimes they're very detailed and people can follow that trail, and other times they're just rough mentions of something.

SPEAKER_00

Don't you have a few stories or case studies that you you found, Michelle?

SPEAKER_02

I do, and I'm gonna put them in the show notes. And I picked two stories because they were handled so differently. And the first story that I'm gonna share today is that of Barbro Kaenan. And she was born in Sweden in 1954, I believe. And at about two years of age, she started coming up with things that didn't fit her current life. And she came up with the name Anne. And fast forward, as she's stepping into Anne, she discovers and feels that she is a reincarnated reincarnation of Anne Frank. So this is a person who is identifying with Anne Frank, just with like little pieces of information that she's bringing forward. There was a whole lot of confusion there. The parents didn't like it very much. And if I remember, it was them taking her to a psychiatrist. Like she's talking about all this stuff, and we don't like it. This is weird. And so what did that teach Barbara to do? Not talk about it. Not talk about it and hold it in. Well, the parents did start opening up at a later age to it, and they took her to the place where Anne Frank was born. Oh, I think I did. Where her house was. And they're like, Well, we should get a taxi or something to go to that location. And she's like, No, I know how to get there. And she led them without a map, and we didn't have phones back then to the Anne Frank house.

SPEAKER_00

Wow. Wow, that gave me chills. I I mean, how much more information at at what at any time do you need other than this person who's never been here before knows right how to get to a location that they shouldn't know, right? Like that's crazy to me, anyways.

SPEAKER_02

Exactly, especially when you don't have Google and you're like 12 years old or younger. I mean, I don't remember all the specifics, but again, I'm gonna put the link into the show notes because I think that story is just such a good example of somebody stepping in, seeing something and identifying so strongly with that. And they'd already pulled out the name Anne and then being able to find the location. And I think at the point she found the location, both of her parents were kind of like, wow, there's something going on here. And so it became something maybe they could talk about a little bit more. Um, I do know later on in life she was introduced to, I think Anne Frank's one of her cousins, and he recognized her as Anne Frank too. And so they had that connection. Many people think she's a fake, but I don't think you fake finding your way in the middle of Amsterdam to a location.

SPEAKER_00

No. Yeah. How do you how do you fake that? Like that, like how do you how do you make that up? That's not a thing.

SPEAKER_02

It it's not a thing. And so I wanted to talk about that story first because the parents immediately stepped into what's wrong with my child. There is another story, and it's about a little boy named James. And James was born on April 10th, 1998. And at about two years of age, he started having these nightmares. And he would talk of an airplane that had crashed on fire. Yeah, this is an amazing story. And he said there was a little man in it that couldn't get out. Now I think the dad immediately kind of stepped into like, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. But the mom was a little more open to it. But they really started then asking him questions. They're like, Well, he has this memory that he's my son. I love him. Tell me what you remember. And so he would sit down, or they would sit down and they would write down all his answers. And they would ask questions such as, What happened to your plane? What were you wearing? What else can you tell us? And he was talking about being in Japan, I believe, and being in Chichijima. I don't even know if that's the correct pronunciation at the battle of the battle of Chichijima. He knew the the ship's name. He knew he was a fighter pilot. And he knew that in that life his name was James. And so he gave his parents enough breadcrumbs where they could do the research. And sure enough, there was a casualty of a fighter pilot named James M. Houston Jr. And they were able to find a photo, and he's like, That's me.

SPEAKER_00

That is just like it it to me, it's so cool that that the parents had such different reactions. But in in it seems like even in the first story or the first case that you shared, they came around eventually too. But in this one, you know, being able to connect the breadcrumbs with a kiddo like that is just so cool because you're not discrediting them, right? Like you're not saying, nope, you're wrong. That's not possible. You're you're just kind of being open to all possibilities at that point in time. And how safe, how cool.

SPEAKER_02

It was very cool. And I think it went so far as they went to that location and took him there on a boat to go back to that place of. But very supportive parents, and I think they handled it so well. And I know it's scary. If my kids started talking to me about someone they were not recognizing me as mom and like, why am I calling you mom? You're not my mom sort of thing. That would be really hard. But instead, they're like, we're gonna love our kid through it. Let's see where this goes. They're very open about their story. They've written a book about their story. Again, I'll put it in the show notes. But those are two cases pretty well known that support the idea of reincarnation. How cool. Oh, how really cool.

SPEAKER_01

Sorry, Curso, go ahead. No, I mean, my daughter, she would always put balls in her sh under her shirt. She was so fascinating with, you know, dolls and breastfeeding. I only breastfed her for a month. I mean, she was so fascinated with the idea of being a mom. And we had plenty of other I had plenty of other mom friends with daughters, and none of them were that fast, like that fascinated. Like they like dolls, but not like Demi. And when I went to a psychic, she said, in your past life, Demi was your nursemaid, and you were like from a royal, wealthy family, and she was your nursemaid, and then you were there on her deathbed to help her. Like I was like her mom because they, you know, the royals, they just gave their kid away.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. That that is actually really cool, especially that you were able to connect it to to a previous life, because you don't you don't know what you're bringing into, you know, this current life from a past life, really. And if if you pay close enough attention, I think, to little kiddos and how they play and what they play and what they're choosing, you can kind of get a glimpse into because into the into perhaps their past lives and and you know what different experiences they had. And it's it's kind of cool if you think about it that way. It's it's a different approach, I think. Because I I do, I think we bring the the breadcrumbs into into these lives, but we forget them, you know, when we get older.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. And it's like Demi is very career focused. She doesn't want to get married early and have children. So it's not like, oh, this is who she is and she connects.

SPEAKER_00

This is her personality that she's gonna have later in life. This is gonna be her the goal that she's gonna attain at some point. Instead, it's it's you know, this was just this fleeting, like, you know, bleed over, I'm gonna say in a way, as opposed to over. Yeah. Interesting.

SPEAKER_02

As we talked about in the other episode, that's so fascinating too. You know, the fleeting memories that usually start to dissipate by about six years of age. But also those physical manifestations. A lot of times, if you have a weird birthmark, people speculate maybe that's how you died in a previous life. If you have a fear of drowning, maybe that unfounded fear is from a past life. I have a horrible fear of birds. Maybe I was pecked to death.

SPEAKER_00

I don't know what happened. I don't think so. Well, they they, I mean, torture. I I mean, if if you think about it, like there were really bizarre forms of torture early in history. And I'm sure that birds were at some point in time involved. I can't think of it specifically, but I'm sure.

SPEAKER_01

A friend of mine w thinks that I was like buried or alive or something or trapped because I can't stand tight spaces.

SPEAKER_02

I can't either. And it is almost unnatural, like the claustrophobia when it comes up. It I just have to put my head down and breathe.

SPEAKER_00

So I I almost wonder if in a previous life I was in a a building that caught on fire and I couldn't get out. Because I get really, really, really, really weird if there are a lot of people in a space that I'm in. If if it if I feel like it's not even claustrophobia, but if I'm surrounded by people, I almost immediately start to panic. And so like going to concerts and stuff like that, it can for me like I I I can prep ahead of time, but I I can I get to a point where I've hit a threshold of I can't stay here. I can't stay here. And it's like this weird panic. But Carissa, what I heard you have some interesting astrological things about the reincarnation. So I wanted to, I I've been waiting, patiently, impatiently waiting.

SPEAKER_02

You know what? I think everybody has been waiting to hear Carissa and her astrology knowledge.

SPEAKER_01

Well, but the thing is, is that with astrology, you're gonna be learning your whole life. And I still am a baby when it comes to learning. There's so much to learn, and there's so many layers. So when you see these videos on TikTok where it's like, if you have this, you're that, and why, yeah, there's a piece of it, there's still just so many layers that we can't. So, with that being said, this is gonna be it's gonna be general, it's gonna be a little a little specific. And then I want y'all to say, you know, that really resonates with me, or that's something I've outgrown. Because so people can realize your chart does not determine who you are. Like you just work with the planets, it's not the planets determine your life, if that makes sense.

SPEAKER_02

Okay. It does. So, real quick, are you gonna be doing case studies on us, or is this just general for everybody? Like you put our information in. I could start with me if y'all y'all want to start with me. No, I'm I'm fascinated. So wherever you want to start, let's like.

SPEAKER_01

Well, y'all tell me, Michelle or Stacy, who wants to go first? Michelle. Okay. I was gonna say Stacy. So Michelle has South Node and Leo, and and that's in the first house. And so here are some things that you could have been in your first life. You were likely a powerful, charismatic figure, perhaps a leader, performer, or a noble person who commanded attention. So Leo in the first house suggests you were known for your individuality, self-expression, possibly even fame. There you could have been a ruler, entertainer, or someone in the public eye. It also indicates a life centered on personal recognition rather than cooperation with others. So then now we're adding another layer. You have Pluto and Virgo in second house, and that's connected to wealth, resources, survival. So there's a karmic thing of control over material possessions. And you may have been a mercher, banker, someone who held power through resources.

SPEAKER_00

So this you were a rich bitch in a previous life.

SPEAKER_01

A rich bitch. So this placement also points to a deep transformation around values and self-worth in this life, uh, possibly due to betrayals or loss because of your past life. So now taking a step further, you have Jupiter and Neptune and Sagittarius in the fourth house. So your past life also could involve travel, exploration, spiritual pursuits, philosopher, scholar, religious figure. You see how they have all these layers? And again, you could have been a noble. That also indicates noble. Then your north node and Aquarius in the seventh house, in this lifetime, you are meant to shift it, shift from self-focus to collective consciousness, which you are. That is you, right? It is. So your path involves learning to collaborate, work within communities, and embrace humanitarian humanitarian ideals. Relationships will be your key, will be key to your growth. It's learning to be part of a team rather than a sole leader. And your purpose may involve unconventional relationships, social reform, or technology, which is what we're doing. I mean, this is unconventional. That's awesome. Yeah. No, that's with all that together. You could have been a monarch, ruler, merchant, banker, religious leader, because it involves all those, all that, all those layers. Know that because your past life, you may have an innate need to be seen, appreciated, or recognized for your individuality. And there could be a subconscious fear of blending into the crowd or losing your identity. Just know that's from your past life. That's part a lot from your past life. And that's something to say, no, I I'm I'm I'm not an I, I'm a we kind of thing. And then let me go down to the bottom because there's a whole bunch, whole bunch of stuff. What you do instead of seeking personal glory, you work towards social change and collective success. Instead of controlling wealth, some, you know, if in your past, you used to like, because you're not like that now. You control money, you know, you get worried about losing it, let that go. And then, and instead of being defined by tradition, that's your past life, your life now is about embracing progressive, innovative future, which you're like, I can't be a, you know, a Baptist, a Christian. That we've talked about that. And instead of dominance and relationships, you're learning in this life to balance, trust, mutual support. But your past life did give you strong leadership abilities, wisdom, and charisma. What did you get from that? Because I'll see how it's very general.

SPEAKER_02

It is very general. And I'm trying to think about the three past life regressions that I've had. One of them was, how do I put it? Like, it almost sounds like a romance novel, but believe me, it didn't turn out like a romance novel. But I was brought into a situation higher than where I was born, sort of thing, into a noble environment, which ended up causing a lot of chaos for everybody and led to the demise. The second one, I was, it almost would have felt like the spiritual part was coming out, and I was told to keep it under wraps, to not talk about it. And they sent me out and I felt like I was being followed. I ran, I was running, I hit my head and died. So, like, and another one, I was a police officer. Those are the three that I I know about, but what you're saying right now is is true. I don't really like to be the center of attention, and I kind of like to blend in, but for the greatest and highest good, I will do what I need to do.

SPEAKER_01

Okay, Stacy. Okay, let's see. Scrolling up. Okay, there we go. Stacy, Stacy, Stacy. So your South Node is in Libra and First House. I'm saying this because if if listeners have the same thing, they'll be like, oh, that's me. So in a past life, and this is actually, I was doing this. I was like, oh, this is a lot like Stacy. You're in your past life, you're you're you were likely focused on relationships, diplomacy, and balance. You may have been someone who relied heavily on others, possibly a socialite, mediator, even a royal royalty to maintain harmony. So this first house placement indicates a strong personal identity, meaning you may have been physically attractive, well known, or someone who played a major role in shaping cultural artistic trends. So now going a step further, Pluto and second, and Scorpio, you have a deep connection to wealth, power, and possibly secrecy in your past life. You may have either, you may either have been someone who controlled Bass resources or experienced dramatic losses due to hidden power struggles. So again, this is different than Michelle's. While you had could have had the involvement with finances and baking, it also could have been occult knowledge and someone who's an alchemist rather than, you know, money, you know, the world thing. Moon and Capricorn, fourth house, Saturn and Sagittarius, thirst, third house. Your past life likely involved responsibilities tied to family, land, and governance. There's a theme of harsh emotional lessons, meaning you might have had a strict upbringing or been a caretaker for others at a young age. That's it. That was your past life, though.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, that's interesting. That's really interesting.

SPEAKER_01

All right. And then karmic lessons in this life. That's the North Noden, Aries, and seventh house. This is you. Meant to shift from dependence on others, Libra, to learning self-reliance and leadership, Aries. It's about, because you this is how you are now. Now I mean, look how you're evolving. Embracing assertiveness, taking a leadership, uh, taking initiative, and not being afraid to stand alone.

SPEAKER_00

Interesting. Right? Yes.

SPEAKER_01

Relationships will be an area of major karmic growth, and you may experience challenges in finding balance between independence and partnership, which you know what you had gone through in the last year, right? Yeah. For this life, it's about embracing emotional openness, learning to share your feelings and accept support instead of being too independent, right? And let go of the need to be responsible for others.

SPEAKER_00

Oh my gosh. That's it's so uncanny though, that that's it's so realistic and and interesting, like spots that that's your soul is shifting away from past life burdens and into self-empowerment and mutual relationships.

SPEAKER_01

So that's why you may have a hard time setting boundaries with someone and overdoing it for everybody in your life and saying, you know what? I'm not putting myself in that situation. I gotta take care of myself. That's really interesting. That's because your past life stuff. Uh, trust that emotions are not a weakness. Being vulnerable actually strengthens connections in allowing you to build authentic relationships. Because in your past life, you're always compromising or sacrificing personal power for everybody.

SPEAKER_00

Isn't that cool? That is really cool.

SPEAKER_01

That is so cool.

SPEAKER_00

And I I'm sitting here like, yep, that's that's very accurate. And Michelle's going, Yep. She's just sitting here shaking her head, like, yep. That's really cool.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, like I can do mine if you want mine. Yeah. Let's see how so listeners can if they if they have it. So I have a South Note in Pisces and fifth house. So in past lives, you're likely lived a life deeply connected to creativity, romance, or spirituality. You may have been an artist, mystic, or even a performer who relied on intuition. The fifth house suggests you may have had fame, fame, but admired for your talents, or lived a life of pleasure and indulgment. Indulgement. However, there may have been a tendency to escape reality, possibly through addictions or overemphasis on pleasure. Yeah, I could see that. Pluto and Libra in 11th and 12th house planets, Venus, Mars, Uranus, past life justice, balance, relationship, social movements. I also have Venus and Mars in my 12th, involved in hidden or karmic relationships, leveled at what was forbidden, secret affairs or connections that were unresolved. Uranus in the 12th, hints at sudden upheavals, possibly imprisonment, exile, or rebellion against authority. I mean, we see that little flare in me.

SPEAKER_00

So you were spicy.

SPEAKER_01

I was spicy as hell. I kind of like her. Hidden affairs, secret affairs. Like, God, that sounds yummy. In this life, I'm a Virgo, and I'm like, no, that's messy. So if for the listeners, you have your like me, fifth house, south node, 12th house activity with a lot. I have five planets in 12th house. It's possible you were someone influential, artistic, or spiritually significant. You may have had a glamorous or indulgement life, but also experienced isolation, secrecy, and karmic struggles. You could have been a mystic, healer, revolutionary, working behind the scenes. I could have lived in seclusion as a monk, nun, or prisoner. And I sacrificed personal desires for a higher cause. So there was isolation. So in this life, it's a struggle with trusting others or fear of being vulnerable in relationships. Fear it, you know, you're likely to do it all alone or have deep subconscious fear of betrayal. And in this life, you must break free from solitude and learn to build friendships and community. I'm a homebody, you know?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

And, you know, people annoy me.

SPEAKER_02

I, you know, and I'll go back to one of our earlier episodes, and we were both like, well, we're kind of scared of you. I mean, that's evolved and changed, but when we first met you, do you remember that?

SPEAKER_01

That's the that's the Scorpio ascendant, though. So when you meet someone, you're kind of like, uh, oh, whoa, that's because they're very intense and they see right through you. So it's like, what the fuck? Back up, you know, lady. And like I had I know someone who is a Scorpio ascendant. She's but I love it though. I'm like, you tell me, I'll tell you. I have to heal trust issues by forming genuine friendships first before rushing in. I used to do that all the time when I was young, and I get hurt. So that's how something that I've that I've I've overcome. But yeah, that's me.

SPEAKER_00

That's really cool.

SPEAKER_02

I really see that in this friendship too. Just it's built over time. And like you're talking about reincarnation, the layers, like the friendship has been layers. It started here, and over time building trust and just learning that's still afraid of it. Shut up.

SPEAKER_01

See, demonstration right there. But instead of suffering in silence, speak up and connect with others. And you do I don't say anything until it's over.

SPEAKER_02

And then you're like call me. I mean, you do with us, like you're at that point with us, like you speak up and we know exactly where you stand. I see you as a very straightforward person. You're not gonna beat around the bush too much.

SPEAKER_00

See what what's interesting, like talking about like expressing your emotions and stuff like that, is I I will be so transparent with myself. Sometimes I'm I will be upset about something, but I won't know what or why for it. And it it sometimes, even you know, at this age, it takes me a while to figure out what is upsetting me. And when it clicks into place, I go.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, because that's your Capricorn moon. So Capricorn Moon is the boss, they're the CEO, they get things done. And when Capricorn is in moon, it it can't connect to the feelings. That's just not Capricorn.

SPEAKER_00

Okay. That's that's actually that's really good to know. Because I like we've had many a conversation, and and I I remember a couple of weeks ago, I was just in a pissy mood all weekend. Something was really bothering me, and I couldn't figure out what it was. And then it clicked like two days later, and I was like, oh, okay.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, and one of the cool things about astrology is Capricorn moon, you go, Oh yeah, there's my Capricorn moon. I didn't figure it out till weeks or months later. And I have a placement where when I figured this out, I was like, oh my God, this is how knowing your stuff can normalize things. So for one of them for mine is that I can sometimes go into a daydream and fantasize about rescuing someone. And I when I would do that, I'd be like, oh, this is my childhood, this comes from that, a blah, blah, blah. And then when I learned about astrology, I was like, where I know where this comes from, but regardless, oh, there's those planets in that house. Now I can shut it off. Interesting. That's really interesting. But so then all you do is go, oh, Capricorn moon. Yeah, okay, I'll figure it out later. Capricorn moon. Yeah. Instead of beating ourselves up. Right. Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

I found it so fascinating too as you were going through each of the descriptions. And believe me, I got lost in your words. I'm like, oh, tell me more, tell me more. How we each had similar things in one of those layers that definitely like that's why we're friends today. We each had that, I'm gonna say fame, but that being seen, being out there. That's so cool though. It is. It's limited limitless possibilities. And I mean, you keep challenging yourself and learning, and that's what we're supposed to do in this life. So you found something that really speaks to you. And I just love when you are like, oh yeah, that's your Capricorn moon, or that's your it's amazing to me. It's normalizing it. Yeah, it is normalizing it.

SPEAKER_01

Normalizing it instead of like, ooh, that's bad. It's like, what? Who fucking cares?

SPEAKER_00

I honestly though, I think that this is a really great place for us to to leave off with reincarnation. What a great way to kind of wrap it all up, you know, looking at the three of our, you know, potential past lives and the connection into this life. How cool.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. Thank you, Carissa, for doing that. Yes, thank you.

SPEAKER_01

I'll keep learning and share more later.

SPEAKER_00

All right. Well, I'll bring us out then. So with that, I'm gonna say stay classy. Stay sassy.

SPEAKER_02

And stay badassy until next time, everyone. Goodbye.

SPEAKER_00

Bye.
