Melissa owns Blonsie's guest house in Oregon and she owns Blonsie's Steakhouse here in Arizona. And she's had some really interesting and honestly hard to explain experiences in both places. In addition to having these experiences in her restaurants, she's also had experiences in her home here in Havasu. So in this episode, we really just let her open up and share what's going on. It's about the moments that made her pause and think, hey, what just happened? So this episode really sets the stage for everything else that is to follow. And if there's something that is feeling familiar about her right now, even to the listeners, it's because I've referenced her in many of our past episodes and briefly touched on some of her experiences. Melissa is someone who feels the world deeply and the spaces she's connected to seem to respond in ways that are kind of hard to explain. So with that, welcome Melissa. Good morning.

Yeah, I just listened to our most recently released episode, and you're mentioned in it. So we do mention you quite a bit.

Well, it's the restaurants um came occupied. When she purchased them. So I guess you should say I should back up a little bit. My first restaurant is in Salem, Oregon. And I started there as a server in 2006 and became owner in 2015. During that time when I was working for my boss, I did know that there was weird things going on. Everybody knew it was common knowledge. Things would fly off the walls. The one thing that really sticks out was the coffee makers. So we have these industrial coffee makers that you put the grounds in and they're plastic and you just push them in and then you push a button to start. It's simple. Every restaurant has them. There's no springs behind them. There's no way that those could really fly out by themselves. They're just in there, just sitting, a basket full of grounds sitting. So these baskets, they kept flying out and hitting the wall and across the room and just making a huge mess. So, I mean, you're talking, you know, thousands and thousands of wet coffee grounds all over the counter in the kitchen in a busy restaurant. Super frustrating. One morning, my daughter was working, she was opening server. And this was again before I purchased it, but my kids did work there at the time because I was working with the owner that they knew I was going to be purchasing it. And my boss came in and she was, my daughter was in trouble because she said, Why didn't you do the back the butter backups? You were supposed to, like her side work wasn't done yet at the right time. And my daughter said, Because I spent like an hour cleaning up these coffee grounds and this keeps happening. And so my boss rewound it and found it on video. And so she called Farmers Brothers. Farmers Brothers is the coffee people that have the coffee machine. We called them three times. Three times they came out to the restaurant. And the guy, he didn't believe us until we showed him the video. And he said, There's no way that this could happen. There's nothing behind it, there's no springs. I don't know what to tell you. And it was really bizarre. Really bizarre. But you still bought the restaurant. I still bought the restaurant anyway. Did that continue to happen? Yes. We have had multiple things that happened. The coffee grounds, though, not so much. I loudly said, you know, please stop. This is, I'm, I don't have time to clean up this mess. And to the best of my knowledge, it has not happened again. Um but it was really annoying because it was a really huge mess and it took a long time to clean up. So after the the coffee thing, and and there was other many other things, loaves of bread flying off the shelves. We had janitors overnight, and all of the janitors were reported just uneasy feelings, shadows that were moving, being watched. Yeah, feeling of being watched, that there was a few of them reported a white figure, but no, nothing on video or or anything like that, other than the actual objects moving across the room. We had a loaf of bread that went flying off the shelf, a few ladles, that kind of thing. But the as far as the figures, they didn't come until later. And that was orbs. And that I have, I have quite a bit of video. I can give it to Michelle and you guys can attach it if you want or whatever. But the the orbs, now that's that was when a changing point in my life happened. And it's actually Michelle's husband is the whole is part of this whole story. So after we bought my Salem restaurant, we my husband and I built this glass garage in front of it for customers to show off their cars. And it's um something that's unique. It's never been done. And so I patented it. And my wait list of customers is like three years long. So each customer leaves their vehicle in this beautiful glass lit up display case in front of the restaurant. We name a drink after them in the bar for the month, and they get a calendar with their car on it. It's just fun and something unique. And the reason why I patented it was because I wanted more than one location. So after my patent pending attorney said, Hey, you've got this patent pending, you can now look for other property and advertise that you have this really cool display that nobody else can have. So I sent the well, I asked on for first of all, I asked on Facebook, my friends, hey, do you guys know any commercial land? I was looking for like 30,000, 40,000, just a couple acres of or just dirt. I wasn't looking for like a new restaurant or anything. I had only been the owner of the Salem restaurant at that point for three years. So this is now 2018. So we build the glass garage and I'm and I put on Facebook, I'm looking for land. One of my classmates comments and says, I'll quit my job and come work for you if you build and have a soup. I said, find me some dirt and we'll talk. Then he clicks the link to this restaurant on London Bridge Road and it's on 3.1 acres. It's like 9,376 square feet. It's this huge restaurant, and it comes with a 4,500 square foot duplex with a pool. And it was cheaper than my organ restaurant. So I mean, this is like an amazing deal. Lake Havasu's like the number one registered show cars per capita. And my dream is, you know, I'm gonna buy this place, I'm gonna build this glass garage there, and then I'm gonna get another location in Nevada, and I'm gonna franchise, I'm gonna be the next hardware cafe. So that's the that's the dream. Okay. It's a crazy, big, really hard dream. And I've been working for it for a long time. So I send the link to my sister, who used to be to used to work with her husband in Alaska at the oil company. So my sister sends the link then to Michelle's husband and says, Hey, do you know this restaurant? Because she knows that you guys have a home in Havison. So Rob then immediately calls my sister. This is like 15 minutes after my Facebook post, literally 15 minutes after my Facebook post. And he's like, Melissa, when can you come down here? You can stay at my house. I will help you. When can you come down here? That restaurant needs you so badly. So literally two weeks later, I'm knocking on Michelle's front door with my suitcase. And 20 minutes after that, I'm sitting in the restaurant with the seller and your realtor.

Yeah. It was an incredible gift. I've always viewed like have a suit to me as an incredible gift. It was a really good deal. I didn't think that the bank would loan me another million and a half dollars because I borrowed a million and a half to buy my first restaurant only three years prior. Um, but because it was worth so much more, the the bank guy said you had me at hello. Oh wow. I know. And so I went to the airlines and the airlines made me a deal on the tickets, and it would just it It fell into place. Is the way, like the way it all happened, it was so meant to be. It was so godlike. I just it really just felt like it was out of my hands. This was it was an incredible gift, and I've always treated it that way. While we were thinking about like Havasu, something happened in my Salem restaurant. My husband and my father did not want me to go for the Arizona restaurant. That's too much, that's too hard. You should be happy with the one restaurant. Your dream is too big. Just keep the one restaurant with the glass garage. You're doing awesome. Just you don't need that. You don't, you don't want to do, you don't need to die. So, and of course, my husband, he controls the purse strings, and he would be the ultimate making the decision on whether or not the Lake Havasu property would happen.

So in my husband's office, some orbs showed up. And this the previous owner, that my boss, who I bought the restaurant from, her dad built it, and he allegedly We can say maybe took took his own life.

Okay, but he passed.

Yes. Allegedly by his own hand. But he was shot twice in the chest and the gun was like across the room. I mean, it was it was some pretty shady circumstances of whether or not like, but his official death was by his own hand, the ruling. So that was the the person that built that restaurant and his daughter had it for years. I bought it from the daughter. So I always just assumed that the previous owner was the reason why the coffee grounds were going flying across the room, or that it that's what that was about. The orbs are a different story. My husband had these orbs like hovering over his desk, and they were there were three really bright ones that came in at different times. They would kind of morph together and sometimes like did they make a heart? I don't you guys have to watch the videos to see what you think. And I am extremely naive about all of this stuff. During that time, it they affected my husband's mental health, which is really hard to say out loud. He he's how would you describe him? He's very stoic. Stoic, hardworking, determined, solid, yeah. Solid. He's solid as a rock and never wavers. And he's just a good man. He's just a really solid, strong person. And these orbs just were affecting him because they were right like where his head is next to his head at his desk at his office. They were not in my office. We have like three offices in the Oregon restaurant, so mine's like the middle one. And you could look at the video camera and you could see them on the video surveillance, but you could turn around and they were not there. Like you couldn't see them with your eyeballs. You could only see them on the cameras. And it didn't matter what time of day, also. It didn't matter if it was two in the morning. Like some of the videos I share were at one or two in the morning, and some are at 10 in the morning, some are at, you know, four in the afternoon. So I was trying to show the time differences on the videos because the brightness didn't change with the orbs, which I thought was weird because it was either pitch black in that room or it was really bright and sunny in that room. But the orbs always stayed the same. I don't, I couldn't explain it. It was odd. Then they kind of came to a breaking point. This is so this is very raw and difficult to share. So my husband was downstairs and I was upstairs, and he was just he out loud said, I don't want to live anymore. And I freaked out. And my own reaction is embarrassing to say out loud, but it is this is the truth. This is what happened. My own reaction, I'm I'm I'm so empathetic. Generally, you would imagine my own reaction would be like, oh my gosh, let's go, how can I help you? Let's go get some counseling. Let's what's the problem? That's what I would normally do. But instead, and this is the person that I love more than anything in the whole world. I said, that's it. What? I'm getting divorced. That's it. You call good lawyers, I'm done. I'm not going down the crazy train road with you. I'm not gonna watch you off the the one person I love the most in the world. I'm not here for it. And and he literally says, from downstairs, what the F. And he doesn't swear either. And it both was just kind of, we both were shocked, I guess, by my reaction. And because that's the divorce word isn't a word that I've never ever ever said or even considered. He's literally the love of my life. And for whatever reason, when he said that, I something in me snapped. And that's that's it. Forget Habasu, you can forget anything forward, you can have the houses. I just want the restaurant. Peace out, brother. I mean, it was wild.

So both of your emotions were being affected by those orbs, probably. Yes. And you weren't recognizing that or understanding that at that point.

I had no, I did not make any connection to it at all.

Well, I mean, honestly, like not to not to jump in, but how could you? Because you were being so affected, you can't necessarily see it when it's happening and when you're in the moment.

And it was at that moment that because it was Havasu that was on the table. Havasu was what the discussion was about, whether or not to purchase it. And him and my father both were like, that this is crazy. You can't fly every week to Lake Havasu and run, take on this huge 10,000. You just and so that was that's what sort of brought the discussion. It wasn't even really an argument, more of just like, that's crazy. You you can't do this. And that decision, the decision to buy Lake Havasu was made that night. And then, and also to back up that earlier that day, it was a Saturday, and we were at the restaurant. My daughter was, my other daughter was opening the bars, opening bartender, and I was in my office, and Mark and I were talking about the orbs. We'd been talking about the orbs for days because it was it was weird, and it kept setting off our surveillance cameras. Like we were so interested in it and confused by it. And he became really sad and overwhelmed, feeling and wanting that, you know, end-of-life feeling. And my daughter came in and she said, You guys are crazy. And he showed her, he's like, Look on the camera. And she's oh, that's just a spider or something, or your blinds are messed up. So she went over behind him and she started going like that and waving her hands all around, cutting through the orbs. And you could see on the camera that they weren't moving. And she then it literally this happened in 30 seconds. The color drains from her face. And she's like, I don't feel good. I feel really sick right now. I don't feel good. I want to go home. I don't feel good. And I was like, You can't go home a Saturday morning. Get your ass back in the bar. You know, you got a this bar full of customers, and she was my bartender. And she felt like garbage the rest of the day. So, you know, now saying all this stuff out loud makes me wonder if they're they were bad because they caused all this sadness and this turmoil and my and they made my daughter sick. But be if they if that wouldn't have happened, this wouldn't have happened. Like how as we wouldn't have happened.

And as soon as you made the decision, they left. They left. Isn't that so crazy?

They left separately. We want they were interesting. And we watched them leave one at a time. And the strongest one stayed the longest. And they left different ways. Like one went one left to the right at a certain time and one left that way.

And it was it was very it's almost it, it's almost like I I'm gonna say I I feel like saying divine intervention, because I know Michelle and I on the on the show in the past have talked about how when we stand in the way of our path, the universe puts roadblock after roadblock after roadblock. And it's almost like you had this spiritual entity, roadblock, that was like, no, you need to do this. This is the right decision, pushing, pushing and pushing. But man, I like how hard that that must have been to have it affecting your mental health, your daughter's health in in significant ways, though.

Yeah, it was wild. And saying it out loud, you know, I'm I'm finally I can back up and look at it from a different lens now, and I can see like more and understand more. So we buy the restaurant like so fast. I mean, by October, it was ours, and this happened in June. And we're talking million and a half dollar loan, liquor license. I mean, it's a it normally takes a long time to do that. And it just went so incredibly fast. The bank here wanted the title to her house, and I had already given the title to her house to the Salem Bank only three years earlier. And so I had to go back to the Salem bank and be like, hey, can I have my title back?

And they said, Yeah, go get the restaurant. And so then she stepped into the space here in Habasu and only to find out that the previous owner had passed of an illness, quick illness, inside the restaurant. And his dad in the house. His dad in the house behind it that you purchased. And she was having experiences in the new restaurant also.

Immediately, day one, day one. So the previous owner had was very of the Arizona restaurant, very, very over the top.

Like I could vary us bigger than tell.

Yeah, big everything, big everything, big personality. He had crazy things, you know, like a what is that 12-foot chicken out front that he called his his giant cock.

Okay, I'm gonna just say four years before you purchased the restaurant, Rob and I and our family did call it the cheesy steakhouse because of all the decor. Like they had a trailer with a cow in it that they would drive around. Oh my gosh. And the boat with the cheese.

It is fun. And it is, it is a really it's it's very iconic, really cool place. And it's awesome. He had so much neat stuff. And when I he died two and a half years before this moment, and he had a wife and a child, one child. And the child was like 12 when her dad died inside the restaurant. So the first night we stayed in the duplex, we had nothing because when you buy a house, it comes empty generally, unless unless you're in Havasu and they sell them fully furnished here, but it was empty. So we bought a mattress and on the floor and one for my daughter and one for us. And I had also bought this plant just because it was the house is massive and it had these big tall pillars. And I put this plant, it was on in a pot on the big square pillar, and it's solid. It's right now, it's still, it's been eight years almost, and it's still right there. It will never, it won't move because it's it's just like sitting in the center of a table. There's plenty of space all the way around it. Our first night, my husband and I are laying on the mattress, just about to fall asleep. The next morning, we're gonna open our restaurant for our first day, and that plant picks up and smashes to the ground.

Okay. I'm gonna push you here right now. Because are you seeing the parallels between? The two restaurants that the coffee grounds are being thrown across the room, and this plant is being dropped and making that same pattern with like grounds.

That's that's exactly where my head went too. But yeah.

So the plant, when it hit the ground, we both were like, whoa, because we were still awake, and we both instantly knew that that was not possible. That it was there was no wind, you know, there was no window open. It was it lifted up and smashed to the ground and it broke. And out loud, my husband said, Whoa, hey, hey there now. We're which is also funny because it my husband, stoic solid, you know, talking out loud to his spirit or whatever is not at all in his personality, but he just said, Whoa, hey, we are here for the good. We are here to turn this place around and we're gonna we're we're good. We're here for good. And we both just were just weirded out by that and and instantly knew that we were not alone. And I had the next day, you know, I had spoken to the previous owner. I the owner and I were still, you know, chain switching from the power from her to me. And there's a lot of things like, you know, the towel company and the beer people and all that stuff. We had to switch everything over. So I'm talking with her back and forth. And I tell her, hey, um, we had an incident, and she did not seem surprised whatsoever. So the her husband was her high school sweetheart. And when he died, he allegedly, now I don't know again, this is two and a half years before I came along, but according to the employees, he had come in the back door, had words with the kitchen, was yelling at a a cook for something. He was angry about something, and he walked, then he walked around through their table, which I did find out way later. It's the memorial table. I know. And yeah, and I didn't know until after, because I have uh that's another thing, as I made this table a memorial table, but I didn't realize that that was the table that he died at until way later. Um my gosh. He yeah, he dropped right there. And the wife and the daughter and her family were sitting there having dinner and he dropped right there. And they, you know, did CPR. They life slided him to Phoenix and he took him off life support a couple days later. So when I said, hey, you know, we had an I can't, I can't even recall the thing that I that I said or the reason, you know, we had an incident or something happened that some something shouldn't have, you know, like with the house. It was you didn't tell me there was a ghost there, you know, type thing. And she said, What room did that happen in? That was her qu like not that she was surprised or oops, that could never be. Probably should have told you that there was a ghost there. She said, What room what what room was it? And I told her, and she goes, hmm, interesting. And that always bothered me. It still bothers me to this day because I'm like, what room did you think it was in? What room should it have been in? Why is there is it more? Did you have more activity in some other place? I don't know. It was just an odd question for her.

It's well, is is there more to the story? Am I missing something? Like, what she what else didn't happen?

I they never talked to me again after they got the money from the bank. Like, I pretty much never talked to her again after that day. So I still don't know why of all of the things to say, what room was it in? I thought was weird. The house is a duplex, and they built it themselves from the ground. It was their dream house. And the husband and wife lived on one side, which is the side that we live on, and the other side the dad designed, and he died in that other side when it was only three months old. And he died of natural causes of old age when his dream house side was three months old. So the two sides of the duplex are totally and completely different because they were designed by two different people.

That's cool though. I mean, you get you get two different kinds of feels. Yeah. They're totally different.

But the overall, though, the one, the same one common thread that that both of my locations have that people say all the time is that they love the vibe. When they come in, they say, I love the vibe here. And it I get that from all walks of life at both locations.

It really does feel like you're stepping into an old school steakhouse or something. It just is a vibe that is so familiar and nostalgic, but in 2026. Yeah.

I guess that is a good vibe. Yeah. Um in Salem, every we're everyone's grandma's favorite restaurant or grandpa's favorite. That's really cool. That's that's what they all say. Oh, it's my grandpa's favorite place. And so, like on Mother's Day and Father's Day and stuff, it's like a retirement center there because that's uh because it is this old school, you know, meatloaf, mashed potatoes, um, chicken fry steak. It's very all homemade stuff.

Yeah. And so with the duplex, they immediately started having activity and in the restaurant also. And she's got video and things that have happened. But Melissa, as I mentioned, and she's mentioned herself, is very empathic, very much in tune to the environment around her. And in her restaurant, and I can't speak for Salem, but I know in her restaurant here in Havasu, she has a memorial table for fallen soldiers. She has an employee who passed away, where she has a place that they dedicated just to her. So she really does recognize the importance of honoring what has passed, and just saying, you know, we're still thinking of you. You're not forgotten. You were a part of this. So let's honor that. I've always thought that was really cool.

Right. In the Arizona restaurant, the first thing I did was I made a memorial for the previous owner. So, which is weird, right? I think, I mean, saying it out loud is weird. I had never met him, I didn't know him. But that plant thing made me that on my first day, like, okay, dude, I'm just a visitor here. This is yours.

Like, we let me acknowledge that, and I'm solid with it.

So he had this giant chicken out front. He called his giant cock. Now, again, this guy was super over the top. My husband brought the chicken inside, and I had the space that they had a mechanical bowl in at one time, and then they used it for seating. And it's it's a large space for most restaurants to give up to something like this, but my restaurant's 9,376 square feet. I can afford to give some space for memorial. So we bring this chicken inside. I ask the employees, hey, what's his favorite stuff? And his favorite stuff was this giant pig with the saddle, the the piano. There's this, he had these statues. There was a Jack Daniels statue, these other statues. These are kind of scary. Creepy, creepy, some creepy stuff. So we put all of his favorite stuff in this room and we made a memorial photo booth. And they have, I put props in there and stuff. And I did a hashtag following um for him on the wall. And it's geared towards the younger, the teens and the younger generation to go in there and take selfies. And it's just he's got props. It's just fun, something, something cool and something happy. And I figured what better way to memorial this guy than have people from all over the world taking pictures with his giant cock cock. I love that. So that's so much. And I'm sure that he would too. And I know that he would. I mean, that he appreciated that. I also got from one of the previous employees, I got had the the program from his funeral and his favorite shirt and his favorite hat and put them in the shadow box and they're hanging on the wall.

Now I think you should share the employee that passed away and how you were at the restaurant and you heard the door open and nobody was there.

So um I had a a server who came with the restaurant. So she worked for the previous owner and then worked for me for years. So from her from my very first day until her last day on the planet here, she she worked for us. Uh she got breast cancer and it took her quick. And she was so scared of it. And we were like, You're been fine. They've come so long, they've come so far. It's not, you'll be okay. And and then she rang the bell, she did the chemo thing, we thought she was gonna be okay. And she she even came in for dinner after the chemo thing, and and we talked to her, and I no idea that that would be the last time we ever saw her. And then she passed a few months later. So that year, and I've done two now, so that's how long it's been. It'll be two years here. I did a big car show for her, and it was um big or small, save them all. And we donate the money to the Habasou Health Foundation, which does free mammograms for women in need in Lake Habasu. So I'm doing this fundraiser thing. So many people showed up. Her brother came. Oh, that's cool. And I didn't even know that her, I'd never met her brother, came from a different state. So people came from all over and for this car show, and we raised a couple of thousand dollars. I can't remember exactly how much, but enough to do mammograms for some people. And right after that car show, we were sitting at a table and we have a little memorial for her. We have a little table. It's where the waitresses roll silverware because she was the sidework police, and she would make sure that we all rolled our silverware before we left. And she was the what the waitress that came with the restaurant. So she was the old school, nobody mess with her, the rule enforcer that was Deb. So we made that table for like a little memorial, makeshift memorial in the corner. And we were chatting and the doorbell rings, like because we have a doorbell when the door opens, it's ding-ding, like 7-Eleven. So you because the place is so huge, so the staff will know to come out and greet the guests. And I literally, because I was there was a hostess stand there, so I could see the door open. It opened and ding ding and closed. And and I look over, there's no one there. So we both like the waitress came out from the back. They had the one that's working right now, a server that's working right now. So she comes out from the back and I go around the so we kind of meet in the middle. There's no one there. And she looks at me, she's like, Did you hear that? And yeah, yeah. And I looked at the clock and it was the exact time that Deb would show up every day.

Better get back to Rolling Silverware. It was Deb. Yeah. And that was that was wild. But that was just, I mean, that's just one little tiny thing. We've had, I have another video at the Have a Sue restaurant. We were a couple years in and we had a broken pipe. And it was cheaper for us to close the restaurant because it was in the summertime. And we lose money. We only keep the doors open to pay the workers in the summer because of the air conditioning. We have 13 units, it's just too expensive. The snowbirds are all gone. So we lose money, like a lot of money every summer. And it was during one of those days. So we closed the business, and my daughter was living in the duplex, and I sent her over, like, hey, the restaurant's closed right now, but they forgot to turn off something. Can you like the ovens or something? Can you go turn this off? And she's got me on speaker phone as I'm talking to her. And I'm I'm actually FaceTiming her. So I can direct her to where it is that she needs to go to turn off some valve or something or whatever it was. And when she gets in the restaurant, she is like, oh my gosh, what's that doing there? And I was like, what are you talking about? So she turns the camera around, the FaceTime around, and it's a it's a big painting. It's a it's a car painting that a customer, the customer gave to me. He was trying to get me to buy the painting. I didn't have enough money to buy the painting. I told him I didn't have enough money to buy the painting. I'm really sorry. It's really cool. I like it. But I am just bringing every dollar I can right now to keep the doors open. I can't, I can't afford the painting. And when he left, he left the painting on the table. And it's big. It's like it's it's a big painting. So I put the painting up on the wall, thinking if he ever came back, and there was already a nail right there. It had been there, I don't know, a hundred years. I don't know. So I put the painting on the wall and leave it there. Don't think anything of it until this time when I'm talking to my daughter. And she says the painting is on the ground, but it was like a good 10, 12 feet from the wall. So it had to have, and it had one of those wires on the back. Um, so it had to have been like lifted up and then out. I mean, we're talking, it was a distance, like 10, 12 feet. And so it was kind of like across the room. And and she's like, that's so weird. And she shows me and I was like, that's really strange. I I got nothing, you know. And then she's like, Oh my god, did you see that? And I was I was like, what? And she said, The octopus. And I said, What time is it? And so we documented the time. So I could go back on the video surveillance and I can send you this clip too. It's really cool. I've seen it, yeah, the video surveillance of that time because there was um again, the the building was completely empty except for my daughter and me on the FaceTime. And there was water on the floor because of this broken pipe. Right. And there's an octopus, a purple octopus that sits on the clock. It is sitting on the clock right now. So the octopus falls off the clock, moves across the counter, and then hits the ground. Oh, and that's all on the video. And you can see it when it hits the ground, it it hits the water and it sparkles, and and it's bizarre. There's no reason for it. Just like the coffee grounds and the plant and the ladles and the trays. We had a tray go flying across in front of a whole bunch of employees.

Went flying off the table. Just all kinds of so many different things to just let us know that hey, there's something here. And there is also a sign on the wall that the previous owner screwed into the wall, and it says, if I can't take it with me, I'm not going. And it's still interesting. I know. That is interesting. I know. I took, I just looked at that sign the other day, and I was like, oh, oof. Wow. Should I disclose this?

You know, I think you've done a really great job today setting up your restaurants or the story of your restaurants. You have the one in Salem that you're having experiences at. Now the one in Habasu that you're having experiences in. So I want to explore this connection a little bit, but we're gonna have to wrap this episode up.
