And this week in the dimension one. So get comfortable and welcome to what is the place comfortable, please. Meditation, closing your eyes, and allowing your breath slowly. There is no forcing, and there is no controlling. Take a deep breath in through your nose. Hold it there. And then release it slowly through your mouth. Again, breathing in and breathing out. And as you exhale, let your shoulders soften. Let your jaw unclench. Let the muscles around your eyes relax and let your tongue rest gently in your mouth. Now bring your awareness to the weight of your body and notice where you feel supported. Perhaps it's in a chair or on the floor or on a bed beneath you. Relax into it because there is nothing you need to hold upright now. With each exhale, imagine your body becoming heavier, more grounded, more settled, and if it feels helpful, silently say, I'm here. See it softening. Notice that the edges of the room are starting to blur slightly, and the sounds are all becoming distant. If thoughts come up about today, tomorrow, or the year ahead, notice them, acknowledge them, and gently let them pass. You don't need to solve anything right now. This is your moment of pause. Let your attention rest on the rhythm of your own breath in and out, steady and calm. Imagine it unfolding slowly, month by month, like pages turning in a book. You don't need to see every detail. Just notice what stands out for you. These are the moments that changed you. These are the moments that tested you. And these are the moments that surprised you. As memories arise, notice how your body responds to them. Where do you feel openness? Where do you feel the tension? Breathe into those places, not to fix them, but to acknowledge them. Now ask yourself quietly, what did the shear show me about myself? And let the answer arrive slowly. If not, simply reflect. Without thinking too much, allow your hand to respond to this question. What is the wisdom I'm carrying forward from the past year? Short phrases are enough. A single word is enough. What's coming through for you? Gently set your pen down and return your attention to your breath. Take a slow breath in and a long breath out. Now, imagine a container appearing in front of you. It's solid, it's steady, and it's made just for you. Bring to mind the moments that still feel heavy, the ones that linger emotionally. You don't need to relive them. All you need to do is acknowledge them. Now, one by one, imagine placing these memories into the container. And as you do, say silently, I keep the lesson, I release the weight. Notice the shift in your shoulders, in your chest, and in your breath. Now, bring forward the moments that felt good, the moments that grounded you, and the ones that reminded you of who you are. Let one memory rise at a time and notice how it feels in your body. Allow that feeling to spread. These moments are anchors. They're not gone, they live inside you. Quietly say, I can return to the strength whenever I need it. What experiences do I want to invite more of into my life as I move forward into the year ahead? Let it be simple, but let it be honest. Now, place one hand over your heart if that feels comfortable to you. Notice your breath moving beneath your hand. You've reflected, you've released, and you have remembered what truly matters. Now allow yourself to trust that you don't need to rush forward and ask yourself quietly, what pace feels right for me right now? There's no expectation, there's no timeline. Just take a moment to notice the answer. It's warm, it's steady, and it's supportive. And as it moves around you, feel a sense of reassurance. You are not doing any of this alone. And ask quietly, what guidance wants to walk with me into this new chapter? And listen. Take a breath, and when you're ready, step forward. Feel the openness, the steadiness, and feel the quiet excitement and say silently, I'm open to what comes next. Now begin to notice your breath again. Start to feel the room around you and feel the surface beneath you. Gently wiggle your fingers and now your toes. And when you're ready, open your eyes, bringing this calm and this grounded energy with you.
