Change rarely arrives in just one emotion. It can feel exciting and unsettling, grounding and disorienting all at once. In this guided meditation, Michelle creates space to meet transition with steadiness instead of urgency. This practice does not rush you toward answers or demand clarity. Instead, it encourages you to soften resistance, stay rooted in who you are, and trust the version of yourself that is quietly becoming more aligned and more honest. As this meditation honors personal transitions, it also marks a meaningful evolution for the podcast itself. While Three Cups and a Dash of Spirituality is stepping into a new chapter, the space you love is not going anywhere. A new show begins next week on the same feed, carrying forward what matters most while allowing room to grow. If you are standing at the edge of something new, this episode is both an anchor and an invitation to stay steady, stay open, and walk forward with trust.

Gently closing your eyes. Just softening your gaze. As you do so, take a slow, deep breath in through your nose. And hold for four, three, two, one. And release that breath through your mouth. Again, inhale. And hold for four, three, two, one. And now exhale. Let your breathing settle into a natural rhythm. There's no need to control it. Just notice it. Take a moment to allow your body to arrive here in this moment. And notice where you're holding tension. Is it in your shoulders? Your jaw, perhaps your hands. Now, with each exhale, invite a little more ease into your body. There's nowhere else that you need to be right now. Let's bring your awareness now to the support that is beneath you. Perhaps it's a chair or the floor or the earth holding you. Notice how you are supported without effort. You don't have to brace yourself for what's next. Imagine roots extending from your feet. Gently, they're anchoring you into the ground, into Mother Earth. These roots, they're steady, present, and secure. At the same time, imagine a subtle lift through the crown of your head. Be willing to expand and feel a sense of openness, a sense of possibility. You can be crowned and expansive all at the same time. And here, I'd like you to gently introduce this phrase, not forcing it, just noticing how it feels. I am steady and I am open. Let those words land. Bring to mind a change that you are currently experiencing or standing near. Maybe it's excitement, maybe it's nervousness, or maybe it's a bit of both. Sometimes it arrives as an invitation. As you breathe in, remind yourself again, I am steady, and I am open. You don't need certainty to be present with change. If you feel hesitation, that's okay too. Resistance usually means something new matters. Instead of pushing against it, it's time to soften around it. Let curiosity replace judgment? Please ask yourself gently without needing an answer. What is this change stirring up in me? And what part of me is finally waking up? Take one deep breath here, not rushing forward and not holding back, and quietly repeat the words I am steady and I am open. This is an evolution. Take a moment to notice any fear that you may be feeling. Together, they often mean it's a time of growth. Imagine holding both of those emotions with compassion. Let your breath steady you and let possibility remain. Inhale slowly, receiving possibility. Let's breathe again, inhaling possibility, holding four, three, two, one, exhaling urgency. Allowing the path to unfold as you walk it. Slower and softer, repeating the words I am steady and I am open. You are carrying forward what matters most. Start to feel the room that surrounds you. Gently start to wiggle your fingers, to wiggle your toes, and to roll your shoulders. And when you're ready, take one final deep breath in. Hold four, three, two, one, and release the breath slowly. Open your eyes and be grateful in this moment. Thank you so much for taking this time with me today and for allowing yourself space to pause, breathe, and be present. If you've been listening to Three Cups and a Dash of Spirituality, I want you to know that this space isn't going anywhere. Simply evolving. And nothing that you know, so we can really looking forward to continuing the comments.
